Terrible branch. While other PNC branch offer many free services, this location charges you fees without you knowing. People there are rude and do not want to service you. Machines are better than people work here.

Incredible experience here banking! My fiancé and I needed to open a new bank account. Rochelle was more than happy to help, and even guided us think through other products we may need/ want at the bank. If you need to open a bank account, or have questions on the many products PNC offers, this bank location is where you should go. Conveniently located near any apartments in ballston, too.

I had the worst banking experience here. I was sat and grilled for more than 45 minutes to make a simple wire transfer I could’ve done online if their system was working. The banker working expected me to know every detail of the account including the exact previous deposit amounts as if my life revolves around it. I’m a signer for our company and I know how banks work, what questions they ask… cause I’ve been through it and this branch completely missed the point. What annoyed me is that other PNC branches never do this. I was made to feel like I was a scammer. I think PNC is a good bank, just not this branch which I’m never going to again.

This is a cashless bank, meaning it doesn’t serve the primary purpose of a bank. The ATM out front is capable of more banking actions than the bank itself.

Not sure why this place exists other than pushing credit cards and having a lit up sign at a busy intersectionThey don't do cash withdrawals here. I was given incorrect information about what I could do to get foreign and small denomination cash before traveling as well as incorrect info about my credit card

If you visit this branch one time, they will contact you nonstop. Already annoying but what really frustrates me is that when you do ask them questions, they're totally unhelpful. After having issues with my card, they promised to send me a new one in the mail. That was two months ago.

They have no tellers! I spent half my appointment answering questions on some automated QR thing, totally unnecessary. Whole thing took too long. Don't go in a rush

Long wait times, customer service agents don’t know how to do anything (you have to sit and wait on the phone while they call the customer support hotline as they don’t know how to do basic banking functions). If you are a business banking client, $10k is the max daily mobile deposit snd $20k is the max mobile deposits for the month. This is not acceptable limits for business banking. You then have to visit the branch and wait forever to get a bank teller to make a deposit. Brutal experience working with PNC and a huge waste of time dealing with them. They have gone straight downhill over the last 5 years…strongly recommend against using them as a personal or business bank.

Asked to see a notary for some documents and they refused to assist me unless the documents were relevant to their Bank. They would have helped if the quit claim deed was for a house that the loan was with them for example. I was shocked as I've never been told this by any other bank before. Don't expect help unless you're relevant to them.

Slow response time due to lack of tellers. There was only one person working. Teller was friendly but in the future I would go to another location. Would not recommend banking at this location.

I've been a loyal customer with PNC for a few years and they've been great! I have a debit card and a credit card. Due to my credit score I was only eligible for a secure card, but that's still great. They've called throughout the years to update my secure card to a card that offers benefits. I'm definitely going to continue to stay withthis bank.

I came to this bank on Saturday . It’s no tellers here and had to sit and wait to see a representative as if i was opening an account and i wanted was a withdraw. This was by far the worst PNC i ever been too on top of the one in Vienna being closed 30 mins before i got to this location. I honestly can’t wait to leave this bank.
