PNC bank provides horrible services. They make it extremely difficult to withdraw your funds. It has low withdrawal limits and poor customer support.

PNC used to have half decent offers and access to an ATM in their lobby. However, everything has gone downhill: access, credit cards rates, customer service, and the rates for savings accounts are terrible. I have kept my account out of convenience, but now that they even withdrew POP money to transfer funds and I can only use Zelle if I download an app on my phone (no thanks!), I will go elsewhere.

Terrible service. If you go to this location be prepared to wait and wasted a lot of your time for 1 small simple transaction. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

ATM didn’t work for deposits, then a 20 minute wait for a teller because there was only one available.

PNC acquired my previous bank. I have a customer for over 18 years, at this location for over 6. The service has been a tremendous drop. The ATM rarely functions, the branch refers everything to a call center. PNC either needs to address these issues or close this branch!

Terrible customer service and they won't call back if you need something .. terrible manager - it used to be a great place 4 years ago. The previous review must have been done by an employee of the bank

Worst customer service … manager would not solve any problems and stuff are not efficient either. The only good reviews here are the ones made by their own employees . Waste of time to go there

I only go because I take care of my Mom's money and this is where it is. Horrible bank. You walk in and some guy asks if he can help, so you explain. He doesn't do anything, just tells you to go sit down and wait for service (unless its just a teller transaction). Five minute later he comes over and asks you to scan a barcode and then you screw around on your phone for five minutes typing in exactly the same info you just gave this guy when you came in. If you're lucky, one of the two bank officers will then call you in. I had a simple "stop payment" request on a check and the the lady put in both the wrong amount and check number, despite me telling her exactly what each was. So, had to go back in and several more minutes of fixing it through multiple pages on her computer.I've never been to a bank that is so overly complicated and inefficient. Hate going there when I have to.

This is by far the worst run PNC bank. They are always short staffed. Every time I come in there is a long wait and some of the employees are rude. I would stay away from this branch. Their ATM is always out of service. So frustrating.

Despite having an account here I cannot get quarters for my small business. I am unable to request that they order more despite being able to do so at other pnc branches.
