Therapist is really helpful, 5 star for him, I can’t say the same thing about the receptionist/secretary, she was really rude the first time of my visit not very friendly at all:(

DO NOT GO HERE WITHOUT DISCUSSING PAYMENT CLEARLYI remember my first visit - they took my insurance and it was a 20 dollar copay. Wonderful! Fast forward several months and I got a 900 dollar bill. Each visit cost different amounts and this was never discussed. If I had known different treatments would cost me different amounts of money I would have declined. Each visit was costing me hundreds of dollars without being informed properly.

I cannot recommend Jake Williams and the entire front office staff enough! After suffering a freak injury that left me immobile, I was fortunate enough to find Jake and his team who helped me on the road to recovery with no surgery required. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. Jake is an exceptional physical therapist who has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and his personalized treatment plan helped me regain my strength and mobility quickly. Not only did he help me recover physically, but he also provided me with emotional support and encouragement throughout the process. The entire front office staff was friendly, organized, and efficient, making the whole experience stress-free. Thanks to Jake and his team, I am now back to many of my normal activities. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physical therapy!

Jake was my physical therapist. Estimated I would need about 6 weeks of PT, twice a week for Achilles tendinopathy. He explained treatment plan, was very professional, friendly and patient. Gave me a home exercise regimen as well. Within 4 weeks I was feeling less pain and by 5 weeks was pain-free and he encouraged me to do the activities I was avoiding because they had been too painful. I'm discharged and back to playing pickleball 5 days/week. Front Desk staff (Shayla) was very helpful with scheduling and contacting me when openings were available. This was an excellent experience (if you have to go through it).

Grateful to my physical therapist, Jake, for help getting my shoulder back to normal, and giving me a really good set of at-home exercises to build strength. Also the staff at this location is friendly and helpful, and there's plenty of metered parking (which - in the crowded DC/MD/VA area, is not something I take for granted especially if one is going to be going to a place several times!)

I highly recommend Pivot for all PT needs. I have been working with Jacob Williams the past couple of months, and he is not only excellent at his job but very friendly and fun to talk to. I would look forward to my sessions just to hang out with him. He knew my wife and kid’s names and would ask me how they were doing every session and would remember everything we discussed in the prior session, both professionally and personally. The rest of the staff is all very friendly. If I ever need future PT, I will not think twice about it and be booking with Jacob.

A great location for PT!
After months of my physician directing me to rest, I finally started PT with Rashmi and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Explains exercises simply, adjusts to my needs/goals, and I can tell she truly cares about her patients! Front office staff are all kind, bubbly people who make you feel seen/heard and are always helpful with any needs. Plenty of equipment for different needs, spacious, and clean.
