Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip, location was convenient. Rooms were a little dated and cleaner on third day was not as thorough in cleaning. Also some of the outlets were super loose so charging my phone was a little tricky. Bed was very comfy though. This was my second stay at this hotel and would consider it again next time.

My husband and I attended the Nope Gala. The wait staff was gracious and very accommodating.

The Internet at the hotel DOES NOT WORK... Seriously???
The ceiling at the pool was also leaking down the wall and dripping on the table I was sitting next to every 15 seconds or so

As an extremely frequent international traveler, I have to admit that this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a hotel. The hotel itself is fine, but the staff is terribly irresponsible and disorganized. Being that they had a mix up with my cards, I asked them to charge the correct one. I had to fill out some forms to authorize the switch and was told on September 13th that my refund would be returned and the correct card would be charged 3-5 business days later. It is now October 10th, I have called the front desk maybe 15 times, either put on hold, told my phone call would be returned, or been told that the right card would be charged once again. I’ve asked for receipts and was never given any. So I continued to call, spoke to multiple staff, sent multiple emails to both staff members and the manager. Nothing. I called the hotel this morning and spoke to a lady who seemed very helpful, being that I am traveling internationally it’s expensive to stay on the phone while she figured it out so I asked her to email me to let me know the outcome of some kind of update. I didn’t receive any email. I’ve followed up with the manager via email and still no reply. My suggestion is to find somewhere else to stay unless you want to deal with irresponsible staff members with your finances.

Decent hotel but the worst service I have ever experienced from a hotel in my life. I stayed here every weekend for a month straight and from the poor check in to being charged extra money on top of my cash tip at the restaurant I would never stay here again or recommend it. I advise the manager of the check in and he only stated they were short staffed but there were always enough workers there at the desk. The truth is they selectively provide customer care. Called the hotel and restaurant several times about being over charged and never got an answer or call back. Zero stars.

The room and service exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the front desk staff was very nice. They waived my $40 parking fee because they had to change my room from one with double beds to a king room, which was totally fine with me. They also gave me a free breakfast voucher. I really appreciated it!

Housekeeping took my retainers worth several hundred and the hotel won't return my calls.
edit 9/2/2024:
Hotel staff entered the room to clear my belongings before I checked out. They then disposed of my belongings including a $700 pair of retainers. They are now offering me 2000 points (or roughly $20) for their mistake. For your sanity, stay away from this hotel. Not only do they throw away your belongings WHILE you are staying with them, they will turn around and offer you something ridiculous for your trouble.

I was going to stay at this hotel this weekend but I am scared from seeing the alarming amount of smoking charges after check out that people have received in the amount of $250 and each person said there was no smoking. This scam is really causing y’all customers. Yuk!
