The greatest location for youth programming ever. Their instructors are very good. The personnel is courteous and experienced. Volunteers are also present and will assist the students. Get your bike here if you wish to ride one. The front desk staff is really pleasant.

I came in to have a tire problem looked at (bead wouldn't seat properly). The guy at the counter was able to fix the issue in less than 5 minutes and didn't charge me!

Heard about this place looking for affordable used parts for a bike I’m working on, I’m somewhat new to working on bikes myself, very helpful staff and found all the parts i needed and even learned a few things while looking for parts

Phoenix Bikes is an Arlington nonprofit that uniquely combines a full-service bike shop with youth education programs. We give bikes a second life by selling high quality, affordable refurbished bikes and used parts, and offer a wide range of service options at a competitive price.
The profits help fund shop operations and our youth programs, where youth can learn bike mechanics and earn their very own bike (for free!), get experience riding in groups with knowledgable ride leaders, serve their community by fixing up a bike that is given to a neighbor in need, try out their racing skills on our junior race team, and more.
