“What's not to like! I live a few blocks from this locally owned and operated small phramacy. Friendly and fast service; they have never failed to have my order ready. Not only did they get a dizzying number of medicines for me during my years of Lyme treatment, they also came through with perscriptions for my cats during the height of the pandemic. Please give Joule Wellness Phramacy a try, I really don't think you'll be disappointed!”

Today, however, we were reminded of the blessings amongst the bustle: A kind, personable employee of Harris Teeter named Sharon Walker truly went above and beyond in assisting my disabled wife shopping, organizing, bagging and lifting her grocery purchases onto her walker -- all with a heartwarming smile. Ms Walker's cheerful attitude, extra effort and assistance reflected highly upon the professionalism of herself, the employee team of Harris Teeter, and on the Harris Teeter grocery chain in general. “The staff are PHENOMENAL!!! Oh, and their Starbucks Barista Ana is amazing as well. She's a true sweetheart. Deon from the Pizza shop is ALWAYS positive and upbeat. He also knows the type of Pizza I love. He remembers me, and I don’t feel like a number or "just another customer." The quality of the store makes it manageable to shop there, especially for snacks and other items needed during lunch breaks. I won't forget to mention the self-checkout staff who are always friendly as well. Even the vibe is different from other locations. WOW! Amazing!”
“Nice store; not the nicest parking environment.
This market DOES have Aloe Vera leaves, and a nice salad bar - two reasons to go here!
Although the parking is tight, the Safeway across the street is a good alternative.”

“Absolutely the BEST place to get your medicine and shop in their large gift store.I have been a customer of this establishment for about 10 years, and I will ALWAYS keep coming back.Though I don’t know all the staff, one person comes to mind throughout my time there. LOUISE. Louise always calls me when my medicine is ready, always has a smile, and has a joke for me. One time I was in need of discretion when purchasing something from Preston’s. Instead of checking me out in front of everyone in the line, she took me to the front of the store, where less people are, and checked me out there. When I pick up my husband's meds she always asks me how he's doing even tho she's never met him. You can tell that she really cares about the community. Nova is polar opposite of big chain pharmacies. It's great to support a small business.”

“Giant has an excellent pharmacy! The technicians and pharmacists are caring and have a great customer service attitude! I came here from Harris Teeter who always used to mess up and incorrectly get my prescriptions denied by insurance. Giant has never messed up my prescriptions and they have longer hours!!! Cameron in my go-to pharmacy technician and he is top notch! He is accurate, detail oriented and explains how to use medications. He is patient and is always available to answer questions about medications or insurance. Cameron recognizes his customers and inspires confidence and trust in his abilities!”

“This review is for Costco Pharmacy mainly! I just want to thank the lovely ladies that helped me to get my Hepatitis B shot. First of all, very responsive over the phone about the timing for a Walk-in (since I didn't schedule an appointment). They helped me filing all the info and went over the 2 different Hepatitis B shots they have (a strong one of 2 dosages and the common one of 3 dosages!). They have a wide selection of vaccines for fair prices! (If you have a Costco card, definitely get an update of your vaccines here!) They were very gentle with me, specially the person who handled me with care the moment I got the shot, I'm terrified of needles (to a borderline fear). So I get extremely anxious and I can easily faint/shock. The only downside, is parking situation, it was really hard to get there with all the traffic! The clerk lady, helped my husband to get me a bottle of water because I did almost faint/pass out.”
