Kavish is one of the best! We got our wedding bands and engagement ring from him and he was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable about the process. We probably made half a dozen appointments because I was so indecisive and he was very patient and walked us through all the details. Can’t recommend him enough!

My boyfriend and I went for an hour long appointment to look at rings. The service was absolutely fantastic! The jeweler, Vishal, was extremely transparent, knowledgeable and personable. When we arrived, he already had many settings ready for us to look at, as well as diamonds (we left a note on our appointment details about what we we're interested in beforehand). He is extremely passionate about making his pieces unique and intimate for his clients, even providing free customizations. He was also extremely detail oriented and was extremely careful listening to what we liked. He said that he strives to have the ring not only be exactly what we want, but also have it open doors for our future goals financially speaking which I thought was very important. All in all, for just an hour long appointment, he exceeded our expectations. Though our ring will only be starting the creation process, he showed us his other pieces of work and wow, stunning! I'm glad both my boyfriend and I were able to say the things that we liked while he was able to take notes for later conversations. It is a great sign that the rest of the process is now out of my hands! Thank you so much!

This review is many years over due. Vishal created a ring from my own design; I wear it nearly every day. I'm only realizing I never reviewed Pave because I came to Yelp to find their phone number as I want another piece. This is a small business so adjust your expectations. I saw a 1 star review complaining the shop was busy and the team inattentive. I don't think that's fair because of the nature of this small shop. You are meeting with an artist and getting personalized attention. Personalized here means you're meeting the people pulling your creation together, and it doesn't necessarily mean undivided attention. If you're looking for that, go to a big box store that has sales people. Having done both: I highly recommend you start here.

Vish and Kavish are great. I have bought watches and now jewelry from Pave Jewelers. I would suggest them to anyone looking for both a great product and great customer service. Looking forward to my next purchase.

I had the absolute best experience working with Kavish at Pave to design my engagement ring. From my very first visit to pick out the perfect diamond and setting, Kavish was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about helping me create a ring that fit my fiancés style.Throughout the whole design process, Kavish made thoughtful suggestions while still ensuring the ring reflected my fiancés personal taste. He answered all my questions (and I had many!) clearly and promptly via phone and email. I never felt rushed or pressured.The finished ring is stunning and custom-designed. Kavish made the entire experience stress-free and even fun! I couldn't recommend Pave Jewelers more highly. The five-star customer service from Kavish and the gorgeous final product have me raving about this local business to all my friends.

Amazing service and excellent quality! We visited to try on various rings and never felt rushed, got to try on various designs and sizes. They took notes during our session so when my now husband went back it was easy to finalize. My ring is absolutely gorgeous and I've had no issues or damages with it in the time I've had it. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to buy an engagement ring.

Wow!! My fiancée and I had a wonderful time working with Kavish over a few months to create our engagement ring. Kavish was extremely helpful on not only the diamond business, but also on the elements of design that we should consider for the ring. We had several sessions of design discussions with lots of examples for us to physically see in person and to see in CAD from his prior clients (which was super helpful!). Where other jewelers we talked to were only able to verbally concur that they could do this or that design, Kavish was able to actually show us examples of work completed that aligned with our preferences and exploration - which was great. He was super upfront and honest about the diamond selection process, and ultimately helped me make a good choice on a lab-grown diamond that was more than within our budget AND made the ring so perfect. Can’t say enough great things about these guys over at Pavé!

Staff was inattentive and distracted. I was asked the same question multiple times. The person helping me during my established appointment time left to help other customers. He also did not follow up with information and photos as promised. They did not have rings to view, only models for designing rings.

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience designing our wedding bands with Pavé! Kavish talked us through the design process and was super open to any and all ideas we had.From start to finish the entire process took about 6 weeks and Kavish was super accommodating when my band had to be sent back twice to be thinned out. We love our bands and are so excited to wear them!

We have worked with both Kavish and Vishal on different occasions. They are both the most professional and trustworthy jewelers in the area. You will not be disappointed in the jewelry they produce.
I designed a custom engagement and wedding band for my wife. They were patient as I tweaked the design until I was 100% happy. They guided me to the best possible set of rings. The end result was stunning!
Since then, we have engaged them for service and cleaning of the original rings as well as the purchase of other pieces of jewelry. They remain so supportive and helpful in all of our inquiries. If you’re looking for something unique and something special, this is the place to go!

This review is *long* overdue, but Vishal and Kavish are amazing! My husband was referred to Pavé Jewelers by his colleague when he was shopping for engagement rings, and he purchased my ring back in 2016. Since then, we have also purchased my wedding band and a push present/band from Pavé because it was always a personalized, seamless and no-pressure experience. Vishal always took the time to explain things and educate my husband and I on the designs and purchases we were looking to make. We've also had the pleasure of meeting his brother, Kavish, on a few occasions, and he has always been just as nice and helpful! It is clear both Vishal and Kavish care about their clients.
Even though we've moved away from Arlington, VA and settled down in Maryland, I still travel to Pavé Jewelers anytime my rings need to be fixed or appraised. I just don't trust anyone else except them!

Believe all the reviews.Our experience with Pave has been amazing from start to finish. We designed my fiancee's engagement ring together. We chose the perfect diamond and setting for my fiancee's needs. They never pushed us to buy more ring than what looked good on her. We ended up with an amazing product that my fiancee gets stopped and complimented on constantly. Strangers think the ring cost two or three times what we paid for it! The flawless quality and craftsmanship has a lot to do with it.We went back to design our wedding bands and they exceeded our expectations too. My fiancee was able to get a design that sits perfectly flush with her engagement ring, and I got an amazing wedding band myself. They also were able to accommodate requests from our rabbi on how we should pay for our wedding bands.Overall, I would recommend Pave to anyone I know. There's nothing about this experience that wasn't top notch. I compared their prices for custom-made rings with what's available elsewhere, and we should be paying much more for what we're getting. Use them now before people realize how amazing they are and the wait time for rings gets out of control!
