Northside is a small, friendly practice where your pets are truly treated like family. Over the past 18 years, they have seen 3 of our labs through good times and crisis and will soon meet a fourth. We can’t say enough about the vets and staff at Northside. We humans should be so lucky to receive such personal care.

I'm not really sure how to rate this, but just FYI to everyone...I called today and they still aren't taking any new patients due to it being a small practice. Which I understand. They don't have a waitlist and they don't have any recommendations for other places to go too. They will just tell you they don't have any, and to look for others in your area or refer you to the one across the street from them. Super bummed because I loved that they had people who were 10-20 year loyal customers. It says a lot about the business.

Northside Veterinary Clinic truly stands out with its exceptionally friendly staff, fostering a warm and inviting environment. I must commend the veterinarian and her assistant for their extraordinary patience, particularly in handling my energetic and squirmy dog. Been going here since I got my first dogs in 1983. The doctors are just natural-born carers and healers. Other staff is long-term, on-the ball, helpful, warm and friendly.

Everyone here is kind and careful with our pup. We trust all of the doctors and staff implicitly. They are very communicative and thorough and we are always impressed when they follow up to make sure "our baby" (as staff member Nicola puts its) is doing well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hahn has been our cat's vet since kittenhood and has been amazing, kind, and supportive as we've navigated her growing up. The entire practice is incredibly loving, calming, and attentive. They instill a sense of deep trust and true commitment to providing loving care to animals and the kind of patience and consideration pet-parents need. I've never doubted for a second that Northside has Smithers' (the cat) back all the way and will take perfect care of her. A wonderful veterinary practice!

Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, and seem to make an effort to get to know your pet and his/her name. My dog’s vet is friendly and knowledgeable, and helps to let my dog know that he doesn’t need to be scared of the examination table.
