After being a member for over 15 years they denied me a secured credit card for $200 because I had a past bankruptcy 5 years ago! When speaking with them all the could say is "I'm sorry!" Yes you are!!!!

Well, sorry doesn't cut it. Everybody like to say they are sorry. Whoop dee do dah day. If I could change the world by saying I'm sorry 15.8 years ago, I would have done it. Well, Navy Federal Credit Union, here is how you fix your issue. Hire better people and train them. Perhaps get them to understand that people (customers) do not like being treated like crap. I have enough stressors in my day. I do not have to deal with that crap trying to access my own money. If it happens again, sorry, when it happens again, your teller will know how I feel about it and then you will get reported and sued. Not a threat, it's a promise.
