Amazing customer service! I was shopping for new frames and Chanel was so great to work with. I picked out some Chanel frames that I just loved, and they came in quickly too. Would shop here again, especially because of the great service.

It's not often that I leave a one star review, but this place has been a nightmare to deal with. Starting with my initial visit, some equipment was broken resulting in an incomplete exam. When the lenses arrived, they were not correct. It was eventually resolved, but it took multiple visits. I purchased the lens replacement coverage and used it about 7 months later to replace a scratched lens. But they billed my insurance company instead of covering the cost themselves! When I inquired they told me it must be my insurance company's mistake and told me to ignore it. Now, 6 months later, they're trying to bill me for the new lenses because (of course) my insurance company didn't pay for the replacements. The office manager is frustratingly dismissive and has been seem incapable of admitting that he might have made an error. I would avoid this place and find a more reputable doctor.

I had such a lovely time at MyEyeDr Pentagon City. The customer service was superb. The Manager, Eyeglass Salespeople, Eye Technician, and Dr. Hammer were all excellent.
Channelle was very refreshing and helped me to pick out some excellent frames. Excited to get my new glasses.

Friendly desk staff, Dr. Hammer is hilarious, and Channelle provided honest feedback on my frame choices! In and out in 30 minutes at a fair price. Highly recommend!

When I walk into the office. They welcome me with open arms and help me with my problem with my eyes. The guy is very nice, helpful and friendly. The doctor was very nice, helpful and friendly. She understands my concerns. The lady was very nice, helpful, and friendly. She understands what I want and need. Everyone is very helpful and friendly to me. I will definitely go back again.
