I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Namra Tanveer for her professionalism and excellent care during our annual check-up. Both my son and I felt well looked after. The reception desk staff were also extremely helpful and attentive.
On the day of our visit, my insurance website was down, and they couldn’t verify my information. However, the team kindly allowed us to proceed with the appointment and assured me they would follow up on Monday regarding any copayments if necessary. How amazing is that? Such great customer care and understanding!

Awful experience and would not recommend. Dr. Ume is rude and patronizing and doesn't listen to you or your concerns at all. Waste of money and time.

The manager (the lady from Portugal, I am defining her here since I don’t want to address someone else) is very rude. We experienced several problems after purchasing our eyeglasses. Entire staff excluding the manager was very helpful and tried to solve the problems. However, the manager was very rude and irresponsive.

They made up a lot of excuses to avoid letting me use the warranty on my glasses and wanted me to pay for new glasses instead.

I’ve been here for my last 2 annual exams and service was just OK. When returning for the 3rd year in a row, I was told my appointment was “not confirmed” despite me myself booking the appointment on the website, sending a confirmation text reply, and showing up on time for my appointment. I was turned away and forced to reschedule for several weeks out. Looking at other reviews, I’m not the only patient this has happened to. This is bizarre given how empty the store always is. I will not be returning again and have found a different eye doctor. This experience was a waste of my time and time away from work.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Stewart and Dr. Ume at this location. The entire staff was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Both Dr. Stewart and Dr. Ume were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly during my eye exam. I really appreciated their attention to detail and genuine care for my eye health. I would highly recommend both to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

Dr.Namra was extremely rude, and unprofessional. She was very pushy about getting daily contacts over my normal bi-weekly and I was unsure why until I realized the extreme price difference. On the other hand, Dr. Stewart, was very kind and so was the rest of the staff. However I will not be returning here or referring anyone because of my experience with Dr.Namra. It is really unfortunate because this place is so conveniently close to my work - bjt I should’ve read the reviews before spending almost $700 on frames and contacts.

I recently had an outstanding experience at My Eye Dr. The whole team was lively, kind, and incredibly attentive. Dr. Namra Tanveer made my eye exam easy and pleasant. Special thanks to Corey, who helped me choose the perfect frames and even fixed my current glasses by replacing a missing nose pad and tightening a loose lens to hold me over until the new ones come in. The customer service was exceptional.
I also want to mention the person who did the initial machine eye exam. I didn't catch their name, but it was the fastest and most comfortable experience I've had.
Highly recommend the Clarendon location for eye care!

I am rating this establishment one star because we scheduled two appointments here - one at 11am and one at 11:20am - and when we arrived MyeyeDr employees told us our appointments were not in their system. We made the appointments several weeks ago. We showed the employees the appointment confirmations we received from MyeyeDr via text. MyeyeDr employees also informed us the eye doctor we scheduled appointments with no longer works here-it would have been nice of them to have called us and told us ahead of time because we intentionally sought out that optometrist. This experience with MyeyeDr was unprofessional, unacceptable, disorganized, and as a result, we will find a new eye doctor and company in the area. I’ve never been to a doctor/medical office before who doesn’t communicate with patients and does not put our appointments in their calendar. If I can’t trust this company with the basics such as putting our appointments in their calendar and communicate with us, how can I trust them with my eyes?

I had a great experience with the doctor, as well as the staff specifically Corey. There were some issues getting in the beautiful pair of Mui Mui eyeglasses I purchased but Corey was extremely helpful. He was communicative, kind, and most importantly he fixed the issue and compensated me for the inconvenience. I will certainly be going back to this branch because they have designer frames, and matching customer service. Thank you, Corey!

The actual exam was very thorough, and I thought all the eye doctors I've seen here have done a great job. Make sure to ask for price matching on contacts, as they will price match to large providers like Costco, Walmart, Walgreens, etc. Dennis was great at helping with concerns that arose after my appointment

I should of read the reviews but how hard can an eye exam be to give the correct prescription. Team is deceivingly friendly but the place lack leadership and are defensive immediately once they make mistakes

Cori was absolutely outstanding. He was very patient and skilled in walking me through the process of putting on contact lenses for the first time. I would highly recommend him, and the store in general, for all your eye care needs.

Sat here now an hour waiting for my appointment. Time management non existent and not acceptable. Staff all seem friendly but clearly booking to many appointments to cope with.
