Business practices seem predatory and designed to lock people into monthly payments. $30 for a one-time car wash but $20 for monthly membership. I’d rather find a self-wash than patronize a business that uses those types of practices.

Does not offer full service. Exterior only, drive thru car wash. Very very strong pressure to buy the unlimited service. Hardly would sell me a one time wash.

Mediocre quality wash. High prices ($30 is the least expensive option for a single wash). Also their approach—to aggressively sell subscription options— continued well after I said I wasn’t interested. Hard pass.

Wash didn’t clean a thing. Drive a low profile car (Audi TT) and the car wash didn’t even touch my car. Waste of $30.

I have been a member with Mr wash for a years and years last week I decided to cancel my membership due to traveling abroad . I been told that the last of my membership will be on 7/21/2024 ay it shown on the systems shown . I went later today around 3 pm to north gleb rd location but they refuse to wash my car because they my membership was ended a day before 7/21/ means on 7/20 I try to explain to them that I been told that my membership last day ion 7/21/ but it seems they don’t now what to do , or they they trying to scam me because what they we’re trying is offering me a new membership, however that was my worst experience with Mr wash .

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you have a luxury car this will ruin your exterior!! Seems like I have a new scratch every time I leave this place!!!! They never take responsibility and manager said “these aren’t scratches” yes a decent / cheap price for all the time washes but completely ruins the exterior of your car.

I always love Mr Wash on Glebe road, but today their service went above and beyond. I idiotically locked my keys in my car (along with my phone and wallet) and was totally panicking. But Ariel, Mario, and Kevin rushed to my aid and were able to help me get back into the car. I tried to offer them a tip but they refused, saying it was just their job and they were happy to help. So very grateful to them and will happily continue as a customer for years to come.

Worst customer Service! No Office to change your membership. No public bathrooms. Have to clan the inside of your car yourself even if you are willing to pay. Avoid!!

They try to shove too msny cars through at the same time, all about the $$$. They can get rude with you if you aren't moving fast enough and practically have your car touching other cars bumpers. Wash itself is meh. Back of the cae doesn't get very clean. Water spots from dirty brushes.

I wish they offered full service cleaning. They only clean the outside while you clean the inside. At least the vacuums are free. I understand the value they've created and are offering. However, I'm not their target customer.
