Great customer service., All costs and options are explained upfront. If you need tires (that's what I got here) this is the place to go.

Don't go here. They insist on charging $100 for OBD2 port "diagnostics" with every maintenance. Do yourself a favor and buy a $20 OBD2 sensor on amazon and save yourself what would likely be hundreds of dollars over the lifespan of your vehicle.

Worst place ever for tires! They should change their name. I bought Goodyear tires from them and purchased a warranty plan to fix flat tires. Total rip off. I’ve had so many flats (and not from nails). The lady told me the tires have a 65,000 mile warranty…I had them put on my car at 39,000 miles. She said because my CAR has 68,000 miles, she wouldn’t submit a warranty claim! They also quote you one price over the phone and when you get there, they quote you a higher price. This happened to the guy in line in front of me. He even told them he chose them bc of the price he was quoted.I’ve been coming here for 5 years but this was the last time! I will definitely take my service elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

I came in to get my car serviced and there was no A/C in the waiting area/building. Over 90 degrees outside and no A/C?! Absolutely ridiculous, it was scorching and hard to breathe in there. It was honestly cooler outside than in the building. I won’t be coming back here

Had a nail in my tire on a Sunday. They patched it in about 45min for $35. Can’t beat that. The manager/front desk guy was great.

This little shop is my go-to place for regular maintenance and service, not just for tires. The folks here are honest and friendly, and the work has always been done well. I became a steady customer when they explained that I did NOT need several expensive repairs that another shop insisted were necessary. The prices are fair and far less than what my dealer charges.

Okay service (e.g., can get a headlight replaced on Sunday afternoon) but keep pushing expensive, sometimes unnecessary services. Always leave garbage (e.g., service stickers and backings, paper towels) on floor or under seats. After the last time I was there, I noticed a tube of touch-up paint I had in the glovebox was gone. I had someone check behind the glovebox but it was not there either. Not sure what happened to it, but considering the other issues I've had there, I wouldn't be surprised if one of their employees took it.

I went to this auto shop long ago but stopped when they claimed they roasted my tires but didn't because I had marked the tires. I decided to try them again years later only cause they are conveniently close by. I asked them to check my front brakes. They came up with an estimate of $1610.70 telling me I needed to replace the rotor drums, brake pads, and both calipers, and brake fluid exchange. I went to a different auto repair station (Ben Nielsen's Skyline Automotive) and said I only needed the LF brake caliper and bleed brakes. They charged me $896.00 and that included an oil change!I've learned my lesson, no more Mr. Tire for me. Beware everyone!

I came here for new tires and brake pads. I was there a long time having to wait for parts from an another store. I didn’t mind because I had a lot of questions and Majed answered them all. He is friendly and polite and professional. The epitome of customer service. I watched him treat everyone with the utmost respect. He looks you in the eye and treats you like a family member. Highly recommend coming here because of him! The techs did a great job too!

My pregnant wife and I recently visited DC and experienced a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon after touring the. monuments downtown. We frantically called around in search of a few locations who could assist us in a timely manner. There were a few, but this one seemed like the best option because I started a new job the next morning and needed to get home "on time". From the moment we stepped inside, Theiska and her crew at Mr Tire treated us like family and not strangers from 400 miles away. She helped clearly explain the product and pricing options available and then did her best to ensure their team worked on our car as soon as possible, ultimately besting her estimate by over an hour and a half. This allowed us to get on the road sooner and get home before 11pm. I truly appreciate the genuine customer service (especially on a Sunday afternoon) and the friendly people at this location. Sometimes crappy things happen but when, by chance, we meet nice, helpful people, it makes those experiences memorable and this is no exception. Needless to say, I'd recommend this location without any reservation. As we say in Hawaii -- Mahalo Nui Loa and A Hui Hou!

These guys are bad buisness.Took my care in for a tire mount and balance and a 4 wheel alignment. At first they quoted me $129.99 for the alignment and then they said to adjust the camber they will need to charge me almost an extra $100 to do that.Called Wiygul on Pickett St and they said they’ll do an actual alignment for $100.

I received a quote of $350 for front in brakes over the phone and when I dropped off my car. I specifically asked the man if that was the total cost for the front brakes and rotors and he said yes. I was not provided a written estimate. When I came back to pick up my car, I was charged $647 and the guy said that he told me the $350 was only for the rotors. I asked them to take off the rotors and put mine back on and he said I would have to leave my car overnight and they would have to do it in the morning because they were closing in 45 minutes. Horrible experience.
