Don't use this place for any big repairs you want done. I had dropped my 2004 Honda pilot off here to get the wheel hub and bearing replaced as well as a new tire. They ended up quoting me up for the bearing and hub which was a combined $1200! As well as some other things I didn't need done, I simply told them all I want done is a new tire and alignment, as I was going to get the hub and bearing replaced down the street for way cheaper, once I told them I didn't want the repairs done anymore, they said they couldn't even put on a new tire for me because "it wasn't safe" even after the manager had told me they would! This place doesn't care about you and is only looking for money.

My wife took our usual car in to repair a flat and oil change. The flat tired was deemed unfixable by the tech. They went and only offered her a $250 and was told it was the cheapest one they offered. She agreed.She called to let me know and reminded her the tires have warranty and should be replaced free of charge. She explained it to the tech, who said he'll look into it.Once the car was done she was charged the full amount for the tired and was offered a discount for the 3 remaining tires instead of replacing the tire for free. I feel they took advantage of her car knowledge. Not okay.

I had the best experience I have ever had when taking my car to be checked and serviced.The service manager LT THODOS came in contact with was so genuine and very professional. He listened to what I thought needed to be fixed.He checked the entire car and everything was fixed and well done.(without my asking). I highly recommend MR .TIRE Auto Service Centers.

So much worse of a tire experience than I could have imagined.Mid 2023 I got my tires changed here. In that process the guys broke my rear hatch release. No big deal but what followed was 6 months of lies and idiocy that left me out a couple hundred bucks with no apologies.When my hatch was broken, Josh told me I could swing by any time to have it replaced. I drove 40 minutes there only to be told they couldn’t do it without an appointment. So i made an appointment. First appointment they told me they couldn’t because the body guy was out. Second time they couldn’t because the paint guy was out. Third appointment I drove out again and they gave up and filed an insurance claim ( another hour wasted) and I received guarantee from the then store owner I’d be reimbursed.He “filed a refund claim” which I had to follow up on for weeks, only for him to change jobs and me not receive a refund. Garret took over as store manager and had been nothing but defensive and unhelpful since. The first time I talked to garret he put me on hold for 18 minutes and I hung up. The second time he wouldn’t believe my story, insinuated I was lying, told me there’s nothing he could do, but changed his mind and said the regional manager was there.Sean, the regional manager, did the exact same thing as the previous store manager. Told me he’d filed a return and it would be in my account. I called back one more time but no one would give me Sean’s number and had no record of this situation.Were to call back now it would be about my 20th try calling them post-service. I’m not stupid enough to keep trying, but will forever be impressed by everyone’s ineptitude, and will never go to a Mr Tire again.

This place a rip off, a tire knob that cost $4 they charge me $180 for labor. However a new tire with labor cost me $130. This doesn't add. I will never come here again or recommend it to anyone.

0- STAR- THE LOWEST OF THE LOW.9/26/2023, BEWARE- When in for an oil change and tire rotation on Tuesday. I got ready to leave work, and my front tire was flat. No problem. I called Mr.TIRE, and he told me to come back on 9/27/2023, I did- but got a call telling me that due to where the hole was, I needed a new tire, which would cost me $120.00. for one tire, that on Wednesday- today is Thursday, This morning, I was getting ready to leave, and my back tire was flat. Why.. in my (opinion)They SABOTAGE your car.The math is not mathing...

#1 issue, 1000$ to replace a starter. Even if you develop a rapport with this location or employee, it won’t stop them from ripping you off. In a pinch I didn’t mind spending a little extra to fix the starter bc no where else was open. Supply and demand. However, when I went to get my emissions done, they wanted to suck another 1,000$ out of me saying I have an exhaust leak and in order for it to pass these repairs are required. Knowing my situation this was an attempt to rip me off. The car wasn’t even tested or lifted from what I saw. I immediately took it to another mechanic and within 3 minutes literally he told me and showed me, I just avoided being scammed bc there was no significant exhaust leak. The car hasn’t ran right since it left MR Ts shop but I won’t go there. I will say I didn’t have to spend 1,000$ to get my emissions or inspection done bc I went somewhere else.. Think twice. It’s ashame bc I thought this place and a specific employee had my family’s trust and best interests at heart.

I received attentive, courteous, and professional service from the manager, Alton. In addition, I received efficient service from the tire technician that worked on my car. I would recommend this Mr. Tire store for their cheerful and efficient service.

I went to this location of Mr. Tire for two nails in my front tire. When I arrived, before they looked at my car, the staff informed me it would be $100 for two patches, which I agreed to. After looking at my car, the person helping me informed me that they could not patch my holes and my tread was 20/100 and would not pass inspection. For the holes in my tire, they said one was too close to the shoulder, and the both of them were creating "too much ventilation" to patch. They informed me that I needed four new tires, which would cost over $1000. They informed me I could also just go for two new tires and an alignment, which would cost over $600. I did not allow them to perform the work on my tires, as I got new tires last year and did not think I needed new tires. I went to Dominion Tires down the street and received much better service there. While there, the staff informed me that my tires would not even need to be patched, since the nails were not puncturing the tires. As a woman, I felt that the staff at Mr. Tire were trying to take advantage of me being uninformed. If you want to be scammed, Mr. Tire is the place to go.

Tried to charge me $180 to remove 4 locking lug nuts. Took it to a place down the road and they popped them off in 2 minutes and charged me $25. If you work on your own car don’t go here for a little help ???
