I reached out to Isaiah Nelson for new renter's insurance and he provided me a quote in my email within minutes, saved me money compared to my previous policy with another company, and I had a page of declarations before I left the leasing office. I highly recommend this company for excellent customer service and efficiency.

They will pick up the phone and hang up or better yet they’ll answer you and not say anything! In my opinion: REVIEWS ARE BOTS OR FAKE!Truth be told if your looking for an insurance and a local “agent” I’d definitely wouldn’t recommend!I was trying to get an update on when they’ll have someone come out to take a look at my car after a driver who has this individual as a “agent” and getting in touch was as stated from the start. RUDE, AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! How State Farm has someone like this representing them like this is crazy to me.

This agency has been prompt and helpful from the start. I'm very pleased with the quality of service I received today. I was able to speak with Alex this morning to set up a great policy. He was very patient and accommodating. Glad to have coverage from Mike on the Pike!

A friend has told me the experience with Mr. “Michael Garcia” let me state: his service is very bad. He does Like to take advantage of people, using reverse psychology and bad people skills. He’s degrading and ignorant. He lacks customer service. You will not take advantage of people do you understand!!! Do your job correctly or find a new profession.
Leave State Farm, they’re not as they used to be, Geico, progressive, Allstate are fine insurance companies. If you want fair treatment switch insurance companies.

I do NOT recommend this “agent” or insurance company. Lack of customer service and too many errors on behalf of StateFarm have tainted the only positive (low price).When I first opened my insurance account everything was good. After that everything went downhill fast.- They input the wrong address for my account- it took 1 month for them to let me know my payment didn’t go through-surprise increase in rate due to correcting the mistake they madeI had to reach out to the general state farm customer service line and they weren’t helpful, they told me to contact my agent (Michael Garcia) so I did. I sent him an email and waited a week but he never replied. I called and Michael picked up. That was the first time I ever spoke to him and it was not great. He initially didn’t want to help me and had a dismissive attitude. When he reluctantly decided to help me he had an arrogant attitude. I still don’t know what the heck is going on with my account.

Mr. “Michael Garcia” is not professional at all. Loves to take advantage of people, using reverse psychology and bad ethic skills. I overheard a conversation with a friend and I had to step in and let him know not to take advantage of my friend. He’s not professional for this type of profession. He’s degrading and ignorant. He lacks customer service. I had called State Farm and made a formal complaint on him and will be writing a letter to corporate and calling consumer reports to file a complaint against him. Also BBB will be alerted of his bad service. You will not take advantage of people do you understand!!! Do your job or change careers cause I’m big shot I’ll make sure you won’t have a job at any place in the DMV. I’ll have State Farm dishonorably discharge you from your position ASAP. You are a low life trash!

Mike made things so simple! Walked me through every piece of the process, found ways to improve my policy, was responsive with phone calls and emails anytime I needed. Switched from another company to State Farm because of the savings and the customer service and have had no regrets doing so.
