They really have the biggest box and could fit all the stuff from my house in one go. I would say they are more flexible than other services in terms of size.

Our experience with MI-Box has been wonderful and absolutely seamless! The communication has been excellent. Everyone has been so knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was fascinating to watch as it is done with a remote type device. The box was placed exactly in the postion we needed. It is a perfect size for our need. We are using the box to hold items that are kept in our garage while work is being done in there. I am sure the pick up will be just as seamless. We would definitely use Mi-Box again.

Great communications prior to delivery. Driver was right on time, professional, and helpful. MI-Box was clean and in excellent condition. So far, very pleased with MI-Box for our temporary storage solution needs!

I don't know how it could have went any smoother. I had a project that I needed storage for, so I contacted MI-BOX. Reached out through Yelp, they responded quickly and we got things set up in a blink. Drop off and pickup were no problem. Their customer service is outstanding. They explained everything very well and kept up communication throughout the process. More important it wasn't just the false have a good day service, they are a family business and genuinely nice people. The price was fair. They have the additional insurances and such but no hard sell for sure. I will use them again if I need storage.

Had a very long rebuild / reconstruction / redecorating project and had the box for 6 months over the winter. Rock solid, completely waterproof bin, doors don't jam, and easy delivery and pickup . Mi-Box is a pleasure to deal with - charges are what they quote, and they show up when they say they will Had problems with another popular bin provider, so dealing with MI-Box is a real treat.

Mi-Box is our go-to for pod storage needs. We used it during our move and recently during a garage clean-out. The communication from Jane and the team is incredible. The prices are very reasonable and they are very trustworthy. Moreover, they were very flexible with us and as we had to extend the dates for the pod which was no issue at all. We will definitely use them again!
