They don't respond the calls. My girlfriend has her phone there and she need to talk to them and they don't respond. She live in richmond and it will be mess up to drive 2 hours and 35 minutes for nothing

SCAMMERS ALERT!!!!!!I wanted to transfer my number to metro pcs and get the iphone deal for 0$ the employee wanted me to pay 250$ and his reason was AT&T is the same provider as t-mobile which is stupid.I've been waiting for an hour and watched him scamming multiple customers that pay with cash.The employee and his manager should be fired.Go to another store people. Or at least do research before you go.Be careful !!!!!!!
