I moved to Arlington 8 years ago when I found Ricardo and his team. He always has been honest about everything. Ricardo and his team do great work and I've never had an issue with them. I appreciate their service and I'm grateful that I found them. I highly recommend checking them out.

Ricardo and the team at Metro Motor are the best. They’re honest, efficient and knowledgeable. They explain every estimate and look for ways to save the customer money and headache! I still bring my car here even after moving! It’s great to have a trustworthy mechanic and I’ll continue to bring my cars here and encourage others to do the same.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and ALWAYS recommend this shop to my friends/family. Trusting any auto mechanic’s advice can be so intimidating- no one wants to be lied to or overcharged. I’m taking the time to write this because Ricardo and the rest of this wonderful, honest team TRULY take care of you and have your best interest at heart. When I was in a financial bind, they were so empathetic but ALSO put the time and care into finding the best prices and options for me. I’m not an expert, but I probably know a little more than most, and their advice is always spot-on and estimates/cost are absolutely competitive and fair. 10/10, even when I move out of the area, I’ll definitely make the drive here for anything I need.Services: Steering & suspension repair

MetroMotor is a pleasure to do business with. Ricardo, manager, is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and most of all HONEST! They only do the necessary repairs at a fair price. The staff is all really wonderful and kind and friendly, they redid their store and check out area and it it's actually a fun little place to sit and have a coffee and talk to other customers waiting for their oil changes to finish :-) I trust their work and take my car whenever there's something I need done that doesn't require going to the dealership

Came to Metro motor late in the evening on 10/9/23 with a flat tire due to a nail in it Tomas came took care of me right away, fix me up and got me on my way. Awesome. I never expected someone to stop what they doing to take care of me like he did five stars all the way.

I'm from Central VA, not Arlington. In the area to fly from DC for a long weekend trip. Breaks began to give me trouble on I-95. Left the car with Ricardo to check. He kept me fully in formed. Car repaired and ready to drive when I returned to DC. Ricardo was unfailingly courteous and helpful. Wish I lived in NOVA so he could be my go-to mechanic. If you do live in Arlington -- lucky you. This should be your shop!!!

The front desk guy seemed nice, but they said my front driver-side door doesn't open from the inside, which is obviously false. Left me wondering if their inspection guy knows how to open a car door from the inside. Makes me doubt the accuracy of the rest of the inspection. I won't be going back.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Hands down this is THE best car shop I've been to...and the team has won my future business without a doubt! Ricardo and the entire team left a very good first impression.
