Brought my X1 with a slow leak in the rear left. They took all wheels off, checked it, dunked it, couldn't find a nail. Aired it up and gave it back at no charge. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. Class outfit. Will definitely get tires here. Unfortunately very soon ;-)

Do NOT go here for wheel alignments. One service clerk lied to me that the work was completed, after asking specifically if the rear wheels were aligned. Wheel alignment numbers before and after were unchanged, and way out of specification. 2 stars cause I confronted the service desk with the printout they gave me, and was refunded without question.

Really great service and kind and understanding staff. Helped resolved my tire issue and explained the process very.
They offer a very good product line that is available on-site and have competitive prices.

I needed a replacement hubcap installed on my 2012 Honda Civic and stopped by based on the reviews and the fact that this NTB is right around the corner from my house. They fit me in and happily took my car into the shop to complete the installation while I waited. Great customer service and excellent crew!

The store manager(German) was super kind and helpful. We came with a crisis of having a flat tire because a machine sucked the air out of our wheels and he was very attentive and efficient.
