The service was very smooth. I got a loaner car, the car got a complete first year service. I have a question about whether I can stop the Sirius radio, but I have to call Sirius about that. I'm happy with the iPhone GPS connection.

Paul was our sales consultant, and he was knowledgeable, straightforward, and did everything in his power to reach a price compromise on our new vehicle. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to negotiate. At other dealerships, we faced resistance and constant demand for upsetting, but we did not experience this attitude at Mercedes of Arlington.

Sales Consultant Greg Smoak was very attentive to what I was interested in. He was highly professional and not overbearing. His knowledge of the autombile I chose was instrumental in me making the purchase. One comment he said rang true, "This will be one of the easiest purchases you will make." I felt as if I had left Mercedes-Benz of Arlington without buying a car there, Greg would have had no ill-feelings about it.
I am totally satified with my new E450 and with the extraordinary service Greg Smoak provided.
There is no doubt where I will make my next car purchase, Mercedes-Benz of Arlington!

Had an unfortunate experience servicing a Mercedes that’s 1 year old. The car ended up taking almost a week which wasn’t the issue- the issue was that there so no communication and our “service tech” was never available to answer any questions. When our car was finally told it was ready we ended up waiting 20 minutes for the car to be pulled up only to learn it still hadn’t been washed and we’d have to wait again. The experience was pretty disappointing given this is a brand new car and we took it to a dealership. Our tech was very transactional and minimal responsive the entire time. Will definitely never come back here.

This is the worst place you could take your Mercedes to for maintenance or bodywork. They will not communicate with you and hold your car unnecessarily..
