Instead of checking me out in front of everyone in the line, she took me to the front of the store, where less people are, and checked me out there. Jinous (Janice), the owner, runs the best old-fashion family pharmacy anywhere in Northern VA! They feel like part of your family. And they know everyone in your family too-:)We have been going for quite a few years, and they have never made a single mistake. Both the CVS and Giant we went to previously made repeated errors - one which caused me a major medical emergency. You are merely a number at other chain pharmacies.Mclean pharmacy is truly a small business family pharmacy where they know your name - and they know you - and your medical history relevant to RXs.They take great precautions to check your records regularly. They insure that none of yours meds are contraindicated.The store also sells lots of fun items - including healthy - but tasty - snacks. Great organic lotions…And if you need to know what to take for a particular problem, Jinous will happily walk around the counter and show you the various options she has, explaining which one she would recommend.
