Terrible Experience - Avoid This Location!
I ordered a bed from this Mattress Warehouse location, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. First red flag: the total price was calculated on a handheld calculator and manually punched into a point-of-sale device. When I got home, I realized I’d been overcharged by several hundred dollars. After calling back, they did process a refund for the overcharge, but that was just the beginning of the nightmare...
On delivery day, I took time off work, only for the delivery guy to immediately tell me on the street, “We probably have the wrong order but we can only leave the warehouse with what's on the paper.” Sure enough, they arrived with two Twin XL box springs (for a King size) and a Queen size mattress—completely mismatched. My old bed was already disassembled for disposal, and they asked me to keep the frame and box springs while they sorted out the correct mattress. My living room was cubed-out for days until they returned.
When they finally did, upon setup I realized they had also sent the wrong box springs—9 inches instead of the 5 inches I ordered! Frustrated, I tried sleeping on this "high altitude" setup, then on just the box springs on the floor. Eventually, I asked for the correct ones, but apparently, there's a “48-hour” guarantee when they completely mess up your order, but a 100-day guarantee if you just don’t like the mattress???
After multiple errors and one month of waiting (since ordering, not since the correct mattress arrived), this experience has been awful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Sales person told us disposal of the existing mattress was included in the purchase price but failed to annotate it in our contract. Shame on us for not reading the fine print, I guess. Delivery crew refused to dispose of the existing mattress and just left it in the second floor bedroom for me to figure out.

We bought a mattress from Julius and we found him to be delightful! Very knowledgeable about the products and patient with us trying almost every mattress in the store. He even stayed a little later to help us and another customer.
