I loved going shopping in this store. Roxy was there and helped out to make the right mattress choice for my three children including the accessories I needed to make the bed last longer. She was a delight to be with, joyful and happy. I can thank her enough for all her assistance. Thank you so much Roxy, I didn’t even feel the time pass by while I was shopping. Roxy is very knowledgeable about the different type of mattresses and she will definitely find you the right mattress according to your needs, as she found it for me. Superb services, Roxy is excellent and very friendly with thorough knowledge and she helped us choose the perfect mattress with good discount. Highly recommend. Our last mattress experience online was not very good, thankfully we chose this store :)

Highly recommended to visit this store before making a decision, especially Osman!He is very talented, very helpful, knowledgeable, very friendly. Helped us to select the best mattress that suits us, we have very bad backache and he suggested to get Tempur-pedic mattress, and let me tell you, that is the best thing I have ever experienced, the firmness of the mattress, the comfort and many more! Very satisfied! Definitely we will come back!

Roxy was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and helped my daughter select a high quality, comfortable mattress at a great price. Best of all, it will be delivered quickly. So glad we stopped into the store instead of buying a mattress online. It was well worth the trip!

Lawrence at the Bailey’s Crossroads location couldn’t be more amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and provided his subject matter expertise to find the mattress best for me. Unfortunately I had a lot of issues as I am a side sleeper with bony hips, so I had to do an exchange for a softer mattress. Lawrence provided exceptional customer service, as well as the Manager, Jack, throughout the entire process. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this location. Ask for Lawrence!

I had the opportunity to meet with Roxy. Truly wonderful service, I told her what type of bed I was looking for as well as the specific price range. She’s was super accommodating and showed me a lot of options. She was not pushy and was incredibly kind. Definitely will be retuning because of her!

My daughter and my had a great experience at this Mattress Firm location working with Osman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping her find just the right mattress. He went out of his way to help us with delivery timing and options. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Osman!!PS - the bed is SO comfortable, and the frame has enough room under it for some added storage. Very happy customer!

I bought a bed about a month ago and I had a great experience with both Tim and Roxy. Tim helped me narrow down my choice to a specific brand and Roxy helped me choose the best version of the brand for my sleeping choices. My process took several visits and I did not feel pressured to buy at any point. And when I wanted to get that purchase done quickly, Roxy did this for me. I especially liked how Roxy was a solid manager and looked out for her salespeople too.
