Osman has been a great help in finding us a mattress that worked. We originally went to another store and the mattress we picked out was not right for us. Osman helped us pick the right one and processed the exchange twice. Would deff recommend this store.

After 50 years, it was time to replace my old mattress & box. Roxy at the Langston Blvd store hooked me up with a wonderful Sealy (I got to try lots of mattresses in store). Delivery was quick, and the crew was professional. I'm a happy customer. Would do business again, would recommend to a friend.

Roxy made the process smooth and simple. No pressure sales. We were looking for a specific mattress to try and she gave us a bunch of comparable options just to compare.
Delivery folks were on time and very polite.

Osman was superb in helping pick the right mattress. He carefully listened to our sleeping needs and habits and helped test 5 different mattresses before we could end up with the one that felt really well for both me and my wife. He explained every detail about the mattress and recommended the best solution that would specifically work for our lower back pain. We are happy with the experience and attention.

My experience was legitimately 10 out of 10. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision, every single question was answered… I tried every single bed that James (THE BEST SALESMAN EVER) narrowed down for me… I honestly had fun!

Mattress Firm was the first store i stopped at when, after an issue with my house, i was suddenly in the market for a new mattress. It has been awhile since i last went mattress shopping and the choices are extensive. James, the manager if the store, was of immense help and it was due to his superb customer service that I bought a mattress that day. Although I read reviews in Consumer Reports and Wirecutter, purchasing a mattress, for me, was about how comfortable I would be on it. James methodically had me try out specific types and brands of mattresses. Answering all my questions and letting me circle back to specific mattresses, James was one of the most personable and knowledgable people I have met at any store. I had intended to check out several more stores but ended up buying a mattress that fit my budget and comfort level that day all due to James’ customer service. Delivery is scheduled for next week and i feel comfortable knowing if any issues arise, James will help me resolve them immediately.

I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing my next mattress from this location courtesy of Roxy. She was extremely informative, helpful and helped me identify the equivalent of a product that wasn’t carried in Virginia.
I was in and out of the store relatively quickly and had a lot of assistance in making the right decision. I was also given a couple of discounts that made the deal sweet.
Roxy is an amazing person.
