Lawrence at Mattress Firm in Falls Church is SOOOO knowledgeable and helpful! We walked in, told Lawrence what we were looking for and he immediately showed us two mattresses that felt AMAZING! The rep Bailey was amazing. She helped preoccupy our toddler while my wife and I were deciding on beds. She really tailored her suggestions to our needs in terms of cost and feel. We ended up purchasing 3 mattresses because it was the best in service and cost. Awesome employee

I chose Baileys Crossroads because it seemed to have the most mattresses to “try.” I’m glad I did because Lawrence, my sales guy, was extraordinary! Yes, he sells, but he’s knowledgeable and informative and so personable. I came with innerspring mattress in mind - based on previous experience- and while he let me try out lots, I narrowed my decision to something different that he suggested… we’ll see how it turns out after I sleep on it a bit!!

I received so much help from Lawrence! The day before my delivery I realized I messed up and didn't select the setup option that was an additional charge. Lawrence pulled strings to make sure I wasn't left stranded and handled a seamless delivery! Thank you so much for your customer service and genuine interest in helping people!

Bailey was very helpful assisting us with purchasing a bed without being pushy! She was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and narrowed down the best fit for my fiancé and I. She also informed us about the ongoing deals / promos that brought our costs down. We are still waiting for the purple mattress and base frame to come in, but we loved trying them out in store. Definitely recommend this store / Bailey!
