My wife and I had a really creepy experience in this location. We've been coming to Lululemon for years and always had a positive experience. However, the last time we were there, shortly after we walked in, a worker (a woman with black hair with gray streaks) took a photo of us and then shared it with her coworkers & laughed about it in front of us. We noticed that she did the same exact thing to another woman shopping as well right after she walked in too! It was bizarre lol. Straight up took a pics of us for no reason. We warned the other woman about it and it really weirded her out too of course. She also said she's been coming here a long time and has never experienced that.

I purchased a belt bag yesterday at the Tysons corner location. First time buying at a lululemon store and this morning when I wanted to wear my bag. I found out that the sensor was still there. I had remove the tag already because I thought it was ready to wear. Then, I noticed the zipper was stuck as well, and did not work properly. I visited the store at Clarendon, and the ladies at the counter did not want to do an exchange because it was missing the tag. Unfortunately, I could enjoy my new bag, I paid for a bag that does not work, and was refused to do an exchange because it was missing the tag. In addition, the ladies tried to ignore my concern, and it felt like I was being discriminated against due to my race. This was a terrible experience for it to be my first time buying at this store, I was thinking on going back to get more stuff for the holidays, but if I’m being discriminated against and refused customer service from a mistake done by one of your employees. I won’t be spending my money at this store anymore.

Incredibly unprofessional staff - I had asked for another size on a pair of pants. When I was checking out I witnessed/overheard gossip about my request. I am simply asking you to do what you get paid to do. No mean girl antics necessary.

Ashley was amazing! Incredibly helpful and had the best attitude. I have not been in lululemon in years due to bad experiences but she made my trip great. Overall, highly recommend this store.

I've looked everywhere to try and leave an employee/Educator review and there doesn't seem to be one so I figured here is better than nowhere. I just wanted to share my gratitude for an Educator named M who helped me place an order over the phone and had the order shipped out the same day across the country. An online order I placed got stuck in processing and I was told would never be shipped or fulfilled (a month after I placed it), it was never communicated to me, and the online chat agent said that it was just an unfortunate mistake and there was no solution since the product was now out of stock. They also said no stores had it in stock either and then ended our chat while I was typing, before I could respond which felt quite dismissive. After doing my own search online it looked like the Clarendon Blvd location had one left in stock. I called and M was so pleasant to speak with, pulled the item and got all my information to make sure it was shipped out correctly and proactively made sure my Sweat Collective account was linked as well. This time of year is stressful for everyone and I know retail employees don't always get their "thanks," so I just hope M knows how appreciative I am of their communication and customer service and it goes a long way (literally across the country on the west coast).

Its quite embarrassing to have to write this review to a very usually an amazing industry; but sadly after my encounter to this faciality, it might be an honest moment in time before I can return. Brief backstory to myself; I'm a person that usually does they're shopping online. As of Saturday July 23, 2022, I decided to pay this faciality while in the area. My typical entire for this day was just my Lululemon shorts with a baggy shirt, that had a couple of bleach stain due to doing some house work early in the morning. Unfortunately, this brought "i guess" some attention in the sense of being RED FLAGS. An employee and a manger took upon themselves to laugh directly at me and judge me "i guess" to their discretion apparently. With that slight embarrassment, this said employee had also decided to follow me throughout the store. mind you this store isn't big nor is there a lot of space So being followed and horribly discriminated was just not necessary. It just so happen to be the icing on the cake for me since i was trying to do some therapeutic shopping after already experiencing a rough morning. I spoke to corporate hoping this will be resolved timely since on their record messages they have a 'Zero Tolerance' for any sort of Discrimination, Racial profiling, Gender-Discrimination, ETC. So If this is adequate then i should be hearing back from Head Corporate about what is expected to happen.

Editing to say that I spoke to customer service after tweeting about my experience, and they remedied the issue I had at this store. They confirmed that what this employee had told me and how she treated me was incorrect. I just went to the store now to finally complete my return. The workers were kind and it was very easy. So, the horrible experience I had was likely due to the one employee and not the whole store.

I usually have a good experience here. However, I tried to return an item which was unworn/unwashed with tags attached but past the 30 day mark. The manager Anna was pretty rude in saying no we won’t return it. I tried to explain to her that the product doesn’t fit and isn’t performing to its level. She kept repeating herself that returns cannot be performed after 30 days. I tried to tell her that I was on travel and just returned and finally got around to trying the product now. She didn’t care and repeated herself as if I was a child and very loudly so everyone in the store was starting. I was pretty embarrassed. I checked online and saw that Lululemon has a quality policy where if an item isn’t performing, it can be returned or exchanged for another product which can be done at the store as well. So I am Pretty upset at how this was handled. The staff here is only nice if you want to spend $$ and once you try to return something say it is not working for you, they get extremely rude. Also they tend to only greet folks that look like them and on multiple occasions no one has greeted me here because I was dressed down and probably not part of their usual lululemon wearing crew. Lululemon leadership if you are reading this, please reach out to me on how we can fix it? The store manager should be listening to customer’s concerns and offering solutions and not just repeating policies like a robot and being short with them. Extremely disappointed! I will leave bad reviews everywhere for lululemon till someone reaches out and makes it right.

I don't get it. The store looks like a gap or old navy - clothes in bins and unorganized. The people who work there wear these awkward purple fanny packs diagonally across their chest like you're shopping at JC Penney. For $128 a pair of poorly fitting pants, I expect a better experience waking into this store. Who's buying this trash?
