I did not receive a welcoming greeting. As soon as I walked into the store I waved and said hello one of the workers with curly hair looked at me , rolled her eyes back down, ignored me and continued to work the register. Then it was a shorter lady standing beside her with also short hair who looked like she could have been a manager. She gave me a mugged look and it took her about 2 mins to greet me. I don’t want to jump to conclusions but that moment certainly felt like I was being racially profiled. It was like those ladies looked at me and thought another African American not coming to buy Anything. I actually have mild acne and was coming to look for a cleanser that I thought was in here. I wasn’t being aggravating or asking too much I didn’t even get a word out. This is for the pentagon city mall location.

Norma is the most helpful and kind person at this store. She was very patient with my mum and I while we were picking a little something (we didn’t want to spend a ton of money) and gave us some samples. It was great!! I always come back here to buy the lavenders and Normal gave me the tip to always spray water on them to enhance de lavender smell in my guest bathroom.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the quality fragrances and personal care items at this great store. Quality products made in France. The new men's line is incredible. Natural citrus scents never go out of style. Very reminiscent of old Armani cologne from the eighties but better.

Like your products but if you close your shop and put a sign on your door saying you’ll return at a certain time you should bother to be on time instead of leaving customers waiting
