On several occasions I had to contact their office, Lisa Miller, and could not get through. I emailed, phoned and texted her office. No response after 1week. I’m regretting not changing insurance companies on the last renewal. They also previously canceled my wife’s coverage for no apparent reason. Had to make several calls just to get through. I’ve been insured by State Farm since 2003 and the quality of service has gone down to unacceptable levels.

Office used to be good now nobody ever picks up the phone. Nobody answers, emails or voicemails. I've called numerous times, left numerous emails and now I wasn't able to opt out of the new government insurance and my insurance is going up $100 a month. Very upset with this office. I recommend another office

Transferred my policy from out of state, first my bill got lost in the mail, can't fault them for that and recieved a cancelation notice. Took about 3 times to get them to answer the phone or call me back, once I got ahold of them, I paid my bill, received written and verbal confirmation that my payment was received with a confirmation number and have again received a cancelation notice due my bill not being paid and its been easier to pull teeth than to get them to answer the phone or return my calls. Definitely recommend a different State Farm office

They are not responsive - no one answers the phone, they don't return any voicemails or emails. One time it took me 3 weeks and over 300 phone calls (no lie) to get in touch with someone. When you do finally get in touch with someone, they rush you off the phone. Zero customer service. Terrible office. Find somewhere else.

Never pick up or call back. Wish I could or knew how to transfer agents. This office is absolutely useless.

Poor service since day one. We have been trying to remove a vehicle for over a year now and add a new one for over a week. The worst possible customer care.

State Farm is wonderful auto/renters insurance company. Pre COVID (2020) as a new customer, I had positive/timely experiences with this office.Most recently (2022) I have attempted to contact Lisa's office for a minor update to a policy 4 different times in four different forms of communication. No one picks up the phone or has responded to emails or online inquiries. Personally, I would recommend another State Farm office for your insurance needs.

I had renters insurance with this State Farm office. I paid for the year upfront but I moved out early so I asked them for a check for the unused portion of my year’s payment. It took countless calls to their office (they never answer, had to leave voicemails over and over) and to State Farm national headquarters. Finally got a call back from Nick. From my first request to when I got a check in hand was just over 3 months! Pathetic.

I have been with this insurance agent for almost 25 years. Service is good, but it has been difficult to get a hold of them the past two times I needed assistance. Nick who works the office is extremely pleasant and helpful when you get through to him.

Will not answer the phone. I have called so many times to correct a billing issue and she simply won't pick up the phone. Then the insurance policy was canceled without notifying us. Done playing games, I have purchased insurance elsewhere. Now trying to cancel by calling the office. Surprise, they won't pick up the phone. Have resorted to canceling via mail and will be contesting any additional charges with our credit card company
