We purchase bagels at the Chesapeake Bagel Bakery and then shop at the Harris Teeter grocery store and It’s not close to my home, but the bagels are the best.

Very tight parking spaces pretty much no chance you're not going to get your door dinged. Although the stores and restaurants appeared somewhat upscale this strip mall has a very downscale feel to it. The whole place feels old outdated and not well kept up. They were definitely bits of garbage pretty much all over the place and I half expected to see rat traps in the corners of the place. I didn't but it felt like the kind of place that would have rat traps all over the place.
