Please PLEASE do not go here. I had an appointment at 9 am this morning and even called the day before to confirm. I sent a text at 9:15, called at 9:30 and was LEFT ON READ. No answer. I called again at 10, an hour after my scheduled appointment, still no answer. I finally received a call at 10:42 am with no apology, sounded like the person had just woken up. By then I found a new company. TRIPLE TIME TOWING TO THE RESCUE. Please call them instead. These reviews must be fake!!

I had my car stop on me on the highway in rush hour, called my insurance and I was lucky to have an amazing towing service by prestige towing. The communication was on point I got two phone calls dispatch and the driver . I have never had this fast of service, I was told 90 minutes they got to me in 30 minutes. Very professional and clean trucks I recommend prestige towing for all your towing and road side assistance.

To All who are reading this, I want everyone to know that My granddaughter needed a tow miles away from home. My nerves were on edge but I knew that God has my back at all times. What God did was, He sent one of His Angels to rescue my Granddaughter. He sent Mr. Marcos to take care of her. Once I spoke to him, My spirit began to relax. Mr. Marcos arrived earlier than I expected. He was kind, patient, friendly, and very professional. If you ever need a tow and Mr. Marcos arrives, you can rest assure, you’re in great hands. Call it a rescue from “Heaven”.

Our car would not start and I was very stressed, but I had the pleasure of speaking with Marcos as he towed our car, and he reassured us about things, and thankfully found my car in a large parking garage. I was not able to stay with my car and had left it, so I was very grateful it was found! He kept us updated all throughout, which was very reassuring. He also answered questions I had about what could potentially be wrong with the car, which helped reduce my stress greatly. Thank you so much!

Thankfully my insurance company hooked me up with these folks when I was in a pinch. The man who picked up my car was very kind and polite. Didn't even meet him because I left my key in the car, but I'd buy him a brew for sure based off the professionalism and attitude he had over the phone. 10/10 customer service.

Mike! Mike! Mike! What can I say, he did everything humanly possible to get my car towed and even got out and pushed my car to the destination. He went above and beyond! Hands down the best tow truck operator I’ve ever had! If you need a tow, call them and ask for Mike! (If he isn’t busy haha)

I recently contacted Prestige Towing when my son’s car was in an accident. From the moment they answered the phone they were courteous, professional and helpful. I was making these arrangements from out of state and I can’t thank them enough. They kept in constant contact with me throughout and sent pictures when they arrived on scene. The price was fair and reasonable. GREAT JOB!!! I would highly recommend them.

Exceptional service and customer service. Couldn’t think of a more perfect tow company, and I’ve had many tows in my life time.
The driver was kind enough to ask questions to diagnose my vehicle. He even tested it, looked under my hood, and found a couple issues that must be addressed. Thanks to his professionalism, I won’t be taken advantage of at a mechanic shop. So grateful for their fantastic service!
