I came for a walk-in. You should drive around to find a parking and then walk over. I used the tablet to check in which was easy. All the staff was friendly and efficient with a smile. The waiting room was good. It's very convenient on the ground floor. (good for wheelchairs or simply to get in and out quickly) Maybe the reviews last year were when previous employees were working there. But several of today's crew was smiling and efficient. In so many reviews, people want to be treated like Taylor Swift. If you follow the steps to check in, speak and confirm things, it's not complicated. I did order tests from Labcorp so it was maybe easier. So, great location, just do your research to use park mobile if your wont be long otherwise pay for parking. Staff in 2024 is great. So treat them like you want to be treated and you should be good.

I was skeptical going into my appt because of the bad reviews, but the staff was kind and helpful, and once I got back to get my lab work done i was in and out very quickly. The only issue I had was that I was seen around 20 minutes after my appt time, but this is typical for most western medicine medical offices.

Place is horribly run. Staff moves at an incredibly slow pace. Be prepared to waste a lot of time here

Really quick and efficient. They accept walk-ins which is a plus! I came in on a Tuesday morning and was seen almost immediately.

Will never return to this location for lab work. It was advertised as able to do pediatric blood draws but my experience suggests otherwise. There was no dedicated space for young children (unlike other medical offices we have been to) and the blood draw experience was traumatizing for my 15 month old. The staff was insensitive from the start of the appointment, with comments made about who was “lucky enough” to get the baby. They missed sticking him multiple times and did not know how much blood was required for the ordered labs, resulting in unnecessarily prodding and poking of my son for 30 minutes before concluding they had enough blood. My son’s arm is incredibly bruised and swollen today. Overall awful experience for all parties involved.

Avoid at all costs. I'll never come to this LabCorp again. I showed up 15 minutes early, had all my documentation, and didn't get called until 45 minutes after my appointment time. All in it was an hour and 15 minutes for a simple blood draw. Nurse missed sticking the needle many times across both arms which was not a pleasant experience.

I know others have had challenging experiences here, but all was good today. I was seen on time by friendly and professional staff, and was in and out in under 15 mins.

This was a new location for me then where I regularly go and I will be avoiding this location moving forward. There backend process needs some help, waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I have had a lot of bloodwork done this year and have never waited this long at any other location. Strongly recommend you avoid this location if you can, otherwise budget an hour of extra time to plan on long wait times for your scheduled appointment.

I'm super annoyed. I went to a Labcorp recently and gave them a good review, despite the enormous list of negative ones. They forgot 2 of my B.W. labs listed on the doctor's order. Are you freaking kidding me?! I verified and they were on the order. Now, I have to go back sometime when I'm not working and get an important one done that they missed. INCOMPETENCE. I take back anything I said that was positive. Ridiculous. Hire staff that are able to read and execute a simple blood draw, otherwise fire the people who can't use their common sense. I am one of hundreds of reviews like this. If you can't perform your job functions, you shouldn't be working.

I arrived a little before 9 am on a weekday as a walk in and was seen within 5 minutes. The facility is clean and the staff was very nice. I have been told I am a hardstick with collapsing veins. Most of my experiences with drawing bloodwork has always been painful. So I am always anxious.I have to say, Angel was the best. Not only did I not feel the stick she was able to get 5 vials on the first try. I plan on using this place for all my blood draw as long as I can get Angel. Thank you.

I didn’t get the names of the two very kinda phlebotomists who took my blood this morning, but I just want to say thank you. I am terrified of needles and as an adult, it is humiliating to be so scared. But these two were so patient and kind and understanding, and I cannot thank them enough for not making an unpleasant experience any worse, but really making it bearable. Thank you all so much!

We went on a weekday in the morning so it was not busy at all and we were seen very quickly. My son who is just under 2 was the one getting his blood drawn and they did an amazing job making him feel comfortable before doing the work. They did such a good job doing the blood draw itself and I couldn’t be happier! We will definitely be back if we need any blood work done in the future.
