I recently shopped at this mall for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised by my overall experience. Here's a breakdown based on my initial visit:- The mall is easily accessible from the metro.- It offers a food court with a variety of options.- There is a reasonable number of department stores (apologies for not recalling them).- The mall is well-maintained and kept clean.- The bathrooms were reasonably clean, considering other experiences I've had.- The food court seating area is a bit tight, so if you prefer more space, you might want to find another place to eat.- There were ongoing enhancements during my visit, which made maneuvering a bit challenging, especially on the lower level.My rating is relative to the malls I've visited, and this one surpasses the majority. Despite some issues with the food court seating and ongoing enhancements, my overall experience was extremely pleasant.

I always have a great time shopping at the mall. We make sure to grab a bite to eat while we're there because the food court is one of the best I've ever experienced in any mall.

Went here while I was making a purchase at the apple store. Decided to go to this one with the ease of parking and it is also right off the metro line. They gave several stores and this is a decent size mall totaling in four different levels. The food court is on the bottom floor and this also connects with the Ritz Carlton. The mall was clean and they had all different kinds of stores you can visit. You can easily spend an afternoon here. There are also many shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area.

It's a good quality. The hazelnut in dark chocolate is good. The store is nice and clean. The staff is polite and helpful.

I went in this location today and I bought two different truffles. I'm telling you what ? if you want to get your significant other chocolates this is the place to go. Don't settle for Russell Stover or anything from CVS Walgreens or Walmart spend the money and come here. Mind blown.

Definitely one of the worst malls I've ever been to. I was bored and trying to kill some time, the stores barely had anything to look at. Sales were non-existent. I eventually left from pure boredom.

Had never tried or heard of this chocolate before and was walking by. The young guy working offered some samples and we were hooked! OMG the chocolate is the best I have ever had! The white chocolate, especially the raspberry was phenomenal. I ended up buying some of the white chocolate with berries and the truffles and then ended up ordering more online a couple days later!

Amazing chocolates !!! Amazing people !!! Ask for Justin !!! He was VERY nice AND HAD GREAT ADVICE!!!!!!! Wife loved the chocolates (so did the kids).

Since we were in the area, we decided to stop by the Fashion Centre Mall and boy was I impressed with how large and beautiful this mall was. We weren't shopping for anything in particular but was fascinated that this mall had four floors full of stores and a very large food court full of different types of foods.First, we stopped by a bakery shop called Cake Baby and grabbed a snickerdoodle cookie. The cookie tasted alright but one cookie costs over $3 so we thought that was a little pricey. We then headed to the MAC store since I was in need of some new lip gloss. The MAC associates greeted us as soon as we walked in and were super nice. There were a few stores that I wanted to browse in, one being Zara and the other, Savage x Fenty. Unfortunately, no one greeted us when we walked into Zara but the associates at Savage x Fenty were very friendly. If you live in the area and are looking for a mall that practically has every store you can think of, definitely stop by Fashion Centre Mall.

Very much your average mall. Three stories with a decent selection of stars. Nothing high end, pretty much what you find every other mall. They have a food court located downstairs as well as a large parking garage. Largest mall in the area.

I'm updating the review since it has been a while. The mall has had changes over the years. The free parking is gone. There are several parking garages. The garage connected to Best Buy is $3.00. Most stores don't validate parking. Pentagon City Metro goes to the mall. Just check WMATA social media for metro delays. The food court is just okay. Taco Bell is no longer there. Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen is decent (except I wouldn't get a salad after reading other reviews). I used to enjoy visiting several stores at the mall.The stores have changed from time to time. Forever Twenty One is newer. Some of the "oldies" such as Victoria's Secret & Bath and Body shop are still there. When we belonged to Costco, we would shop there and also visit the mall. Now Pentagon City is a crowded mess, with an assortment of parking garages and less desirable stores.
