The office is very friendky and helpful. I walked in and saw Kevin for for the first time in three or four years. He greeted me by name! He quickly answered my questions and made useful suggestions. He sent me a quote for the insurance within a few hours. Outstanding service!!

Kevin's reluctance to do his job leads to excessive calls and emails for any matter at hand. Poor explanations for policy changes lead to frustration. it's messed up coz you don't see it coming.

I just purchased a renter's insurance policy from Kevin Galllagher's agency. Yara answered the phone right away. Seamless and easy process, from start to finish it took less than 30 minutes. Needed a short term policy, but Yara explained State Farm requires 1 year. She maximized the policy for the base rate. I've been a State Farm customer for 30 years in a different state. Kevin's office reminds me of my now retired agent's office. I highly recommend Kevin's office! Tried to work with another office, but it was too painful. Left a voicemail for another company and never heard back.

I dealt with his assistant, but from what I observed and heard around me, both he and his staff are very competent and knowledgeable in getting you the auto coverage you need at an affordable price.What more can I say. I was able to knock down my previous premiums (from another insurance company) per month by about $50 ($600 yearly savings) for the identical coverage that I required for my vehicle.The finale observation - I'm happy, and that's what matters in the final analysis, on my side of the coin.

Kevin and his wife are always extremely helpful, fast and very reliable. He's been my agent since I relocated to Virginia. Since then I've move within the state 3 times and transferring renter insurance has been seemless though Kevin Gallagher and staff. I highly recommend him as your State Farm Agent.

Not reliable. Never emailed me my policies with them. I called three times before I finally got them sent to me.
