Jin is not only THE MOST TALENTED TAILOR I have ever come across – she has a heart of gold and is an amazing human, too. I was in a BIND when a previous tailor absolutely butchered my maid of honor dress for my best friend's wedding, and even though Jin was completely at capacity, she STILL worked her magic for me and turned the dress around into an absolute masterpiece in only three days. THANK YOU SO, SO MUCH – I absolutely recommend her services to ANYONE in the area who needs an outstanding tailor. Worth every single penny because the work was FANTASTIC and the customer experience was SUPERIOR. Thank you!!!!!!!

Tried Jin a few times until they ruined a pair of my wife’s dress pants. Asked them to fix some simple stitching that was separating, the pants came back two sizes bigger in the waist. No idea how that’s possible and they took no responsibility for it. Won’t go back.

Reasonably priced, reliable, overall good service. I got alterations back pretty quickly and I wasn't charged extra for having my wedding dress cleaned, even though it took three cleanings to get the bottom restored.

Love this place. I'd describe myself as a semi-regular customer. A couple of mending jobs here and there, get my dress shirts laundered and dry cleaning as needed. I'm not a special customer from my perspective. But, from their perspective I'm very special. They remember me and call me by name. Know how I like my shirts, rush if I need it. Amazing service. But here's the story that drives it all home. I brought in a pile of white shirts. I had inadvertently included one I had meant to throw out because I had absentmindedly put a blue felt-tip pen in my breast pocket point-first and uncapped. Literally a brand new shirt ruined. I pick up the shirts a week later only to be told one of the shirts had a bad ink spot, which I had forgotten by this point. I expected the next words to be "...and we couldn't get it out." But instead I hear "he worked on it for two days but finally got it out." Two days. Spot is gone. I don't mean spot is faded so you mostly don't see it. I mean it's gone. Wholly unexpected. And no extra charge. Amazing.

I had a dress washed there, but never used it again until a couple of years later. Then, I noticed there was a stain that to me it seemed it was not washed properly. I took it back to see if they would offer to wash it again at least for a discount. She told me to wash at home.

I am new to the area. After reading favorable comments about the high quality work that Jin’s does, I felt confident bringing a dress in that needed to be taken in on the sides. I picked it up today and I am very happy with the results. The dress now fits perfectly and the alterations are flawless.

I took some garments to get tailored, I asked her how much the total would be, and it was completely overpriced for two simple garments. When I went back into the fitting room, I heard her making rude remarks to her husband about me asking for the price. They have no manners, and I should've left right there because it only got worst. When I asked her how long it would take to pick up the tailored clothing, she said two weeks. I needed them by the end of the week, so I asked her to give me my garments back. I would take them somewhere else. She refused to give them back. Her attitude changed from fake nice to abusive and mean. She said, "You wasted my time!" Her response was disrespectful and unprofessional. What about my time? I drove there and wasted gas. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This isn't how you treat a customer. She showed her true colors, and I'm glad I left.Service: Alterations

Cleaning paint out of a coat seemed impossible, but Jin’s did a great job- got it all. Also, repairs and alterations are excellent quality at reasonable prices.

Just a quick note to say that my daughter needed her prom dress altered and I went to a local place that didn't do a good job at all. My daughter was upset so I brought the dress here and asked them to help with 48 hours before prom and they did a fabulous job. With a dress that fit properly my daughter was able to have a great time at her prom and I'll never forget the role that Jin Tailoring played. I'm a customer for life!
