Very poor customer service and arrogant staff. There is an old woman at the front who will talk about you right in front of you in a different language and the man who seemed to be in charge was condescending and arrogant. All the reviews of this place are horrible and I cannot say my experience was any different. Will not be returning.

Bad experience, I wasted $300 bucks for nothing, they diagnosed the wrong issue and they supposedly fixed the problem. I asked the owner how come they worked on something that it wasn't the problem and charged me for it when the real problem was something else... he said oh well here are your keys, go somewhere else and bye bye (zero professionalism)

I came to J.A.S. while broke down stranded 1600 miles from home. They are so kind and treated me, and everyone they interact with, fairly and respectfully.
Please share your business with Ed and his family if he has time to do your repair, regular inspection, or other personal vehicle needs. Support local small businesses and know you are working with a good family.

A rating of one for this facility is too much. They are not professional. I called for schedule they said walk in is oak. When I arrived they are open, but refused to doninspection I am looking. One of the guy whom I believe is the owner/manager asked me if I can pay in cash when I said I pay in card he stood his ground. This unprofessional.

very bad customer service when I was there today they are not professional people. They need only the money. This is not customer service the management the technician the mechanic everyone is there very bad and route not common to go there.

Terrible service. The manager is very disrespectful for customers particularly for people of color. One of the old mechanic there he is extremely slow and he's got bad attitude for customers like his boss. He's got trouble even to walk around in the shop. Please stay away from this place. Bad service I've seen before.

Absolutely terrible. I made three trips to this place to try and get my car fixed. $885 later, the issue is still not fixed. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
The lady who sits at the front desk on her phone and the man that is there in the evenings blatantly ignored what I was trying to explain to them. As a female, this is why I hate going to any car / mechanic shop as they clearly want to fool customers, specifically women, into spending outrageous amounts of money.
I have never been so disrespected as a customer and made to feel foolish like I was here. I took my car back three times, and every time they found a new "problem". A disgusting business.

This place is an absolute SCAM. They will find everything wrong with your car, yet not address the reason you came in. I have never been treated so poorly and the man and woman who work at the front desk can't stay off their phone for 5 minutes to actually help their customers / listen to their concerns. $850 later and my car is not fixed and I feel robbed. Disgusting "business".

If you're a woman, AVOID this place. I came in for an inspection & they showed me something on my tires was wrong & tried to charge me $400. When I declined, they gave me a rejection with "other lights" as the part that failed inspection - which obviously wasn't the "tire issue" they claimed I had. Ed's emotional regulation is terrible, and any man taking advantage of a young woman in 2024 doesn't deserve to be in business.

We've used this service provider for minor repairs (eg, fix tires) to major repairs (eg, extensive body work) over last several years. Always fully satisfied--excellent work, reasonable prices, done when expected, & friendly folks.

I want to like this place and had been going here for a few years now, mostly due to proximity to my house. That being said, I cannot patronize a business that charges $95 for changing a headlight and turn signal bulb. If you want a basic safety inspection, this place will suffice. Anything you’d consider a simple job, you’re better going to a larger chain. No hate, just the facts.

I called three other Japanese auto mechanic shops and though none of them worked on right hand steering Japanese vehicles, including this one, this was the only place that knew of anyone that did and was happy to provide me with people that would be able to work on my vehicle. GRADE A customer service.
