Limited selection of various slim fits. I’m over the skin tight anything. Staff was a little stuck up. Made me feel like ringing me up was a chore. Never going back.

I have not shopped at J Crew since 2022. Since my last visit, I have received quite a few emails indicating I have $15 in Passport Rewards. To redeem the rewards I took a trip to J Crew at Pentagon City. The sales associate at the J Crew Pentagon store said that she did not see the $15 passport rewards in the system and refused to honor my reward in any way, nor would she get a manager, or call customer service. She said said if she honored the reward that I could technically have $30 and use the $15 at another time or store which is weird because the reward isn't showing up in their system in the first place. Remember, this is a reward so I have spent my money to earn reward. It is so ridiculous that these policeman sales associates will let a potential sale go and are too busy worrying about something that is unlikely to happen (1) I would not try to game a system and (2) I obviously don't shop at J Crew frequently enough to commit silly " coupon misuse" and if I did, I would still have spent more money at the store!!Get a life J Crew Pentagon City.

The clothes are good. But the salesman is very mean. SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE in attitude treating different customers of different races.

I went in to buy some shirts. Terrible experience. I'll never go to this store or any other J crew stores in the world even if it was the only store available on the face of the planet. Staff was extremely rude. One in particular with an Afro (I didn't catch her name). She seemed annoyed that I was in there looking thru shirts. LOL. She gave me an attitude over and over and over again. What else am I supposed to do in a retail store? Look at crayons and shop for airline tickets? If you can't offer customer service, you're better off just not entertaining a job in retail. It comes w the territory. I left the shirts I had selected to try them on and walked out. On my way out, she kept saying stuff. I couldn't make what she was saying but just overall poor behavior. I talked to someone who seemed to be the manager and rather than to defuse or take charge - she said "idk what happened"A review never does much but the experience was so bad and disrespectful I wanted to make sure I went out of my way and took time out of my day to write a review. Irony, before going to the store I had gone to banana republic and had purchased a few things for my summer wardrobe.

Horrible experience with the store manager Ricardo. I went to the store to retrieve an order and he had an attitude because I requested to have my items removed from the delivery box to a bag. He made me wait while he waited on other customers, customers who had entered the store after me.He told me that I could have bagged my own items.I filed a complaint online, and have yet to receive an email or a call back. Im very disappointed in JCrew for allowing this behavior from a store manager.

There is something seriously wrong with quality control in J.Crew's manufacturing process. I have bought five henley shirts here and nearly all of them had their buttons break in half and fall off within six months of their purchase date. The only one the store replaced was the one that broke within the 30 day return window. I keep wondering when the buttons will fall off that one too.

I have a broken foot and was accompanying my female friend and as soon as I walked in, I was invited to sit on the couch and relax by Sudi, which was incredibly relieving after not being able sit at any other store. Aubrey then handed me an iPad so I can shop from the couch. These very kind women treated me like a king, thus moving J.Crew to the top of my mall store power rankings from the perspective of a ‘shopping assistant’ and ‘outfit evaluator’. Thank you Sudi and Aubrey!
