Excellent service. The owners are exceptionally knowledgeable and take great care to help you put the right frame to the picture or poster you have. Thy also offer a variety of frames and glass types based on the item being framed and your price point. They have done a number of jobs for me and I would not hesitate to entrust them with any poster or picture, regardless of the value of the item, to them.

I have only positive things to say about these folks. Clearly they know and love their craft. I brought an old poster in, not really knowing what I wanted beyond to have it framed. They took care to recommend a frame, glass, and mount, all of which turned out beautiful, and salvaged the crinkled poster. Professionals in every way, Italo Frame should be everyone's first choice for high-quality work.

Edit Jan 2024: My husband I went to Italo Frame to frame two pieces of art and we could not be happier with our experience. We spent nearly an hour in the store going over frame and matting options and never felt pressured or upsold on anything. The owners are absolutely lovely and the frames were ready to pick up in just a couple of weeks. I wish we had more framing needs so we could go to them more often! Truly the best framers in the area, could not recommend more!I had a great experience with Italo Frame for reframing a painting. The original frame and glass had broken during shipping and they were so helpful and patient in walking me through a large selection of glass, wood, and matting options. The reframed painting was ready within a couple of weeks and the new frame is beautiful. The service was excellent and friendly and I never felt pressured to get the most expensive version of anything. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality and well-priced framer.

Excellent customer service, and I'm very happy with the final product. They patiently walked us through all possible options that would look good with our piece (we probably looked at a couple dozen frames). I will definitely be coming back next time!

Thank goodness for Italo Frame! I brought in two special paintings that had been so poorly framed by a big box store that I was worried they were damaged beyond repair. Nasir spent time explaining how he would go about reframing them and patiently helped me pick out new beautiful frames. He reframed the artwork I bought overseas, and they now look absolutely beautiful. I am very grateful for his workmanship, expertise, and kindness. I will definitely be returning for future framing needs!

By far the best framing option in the D.C. Area and l imagine the country.This 5 star rating is long overdue - I purchased a World War 2 battle map and Italo Frame did an exquisite job!!Everything from the initial conversation, to discussing all the various framing options, to the final product was top notch!If you truly care about having a valued possession be given the utmost care and attention, then take your item to Italo Frame.Unlike other places that box up your photo and ship it to a warehouse, where someone being paid minimum wage (and doesn’t care) frames your item - at Italo Frame everything is done on site with the utmost care.You can tell the owners truly do care and are very passionate about their work. I will be going to Italo Frame for ALL my future framing needs.
