BEWARE and STAY AWAY FROM this store! If I could put 0 I would but that was not an option. Bought some things online for the first time and it said that they can be returned/exchanged for free in store. I happened to be in the area and stopped by the store to exchange some things that didn’t work out. The employee who worked there told me they don’t take returns or exchanges. I showed her website where it clearly states that returns/exchanges can be done in the store. Then she played the “manager card” saying that her manager doesn’t allow it and she follows what the manager tells her and if I would like to speak with a manager then I should come back in 3 hours. I also emailed company directly and it’s been 2 weeks and nobody replies. What a horrible experience as a new customer. I would never come back and don’t advise you.

I brought an online order for return and they refused to process it, saying there was a change in policy. Everything on their website still says online orders can be returned in store. So they wasted my time and money spent on parking. Bad practice to be lying. If it's true, then shame on the company for not being visible with their new policy.

TLDR: Thanks to the team for helping me sign up for the loyalty program so that I could be eligible for the free gift promotion with a $100 purchase during the memorial day sale.I know retail is not always fun or easy but I really appreciate you both for pushing through that feeling to help me receive the same perks that other paying customers were receiving!Continue reading for the long version of the story.*****Here’s the backstory: I had just noticed the memorial day sale that was going on while walking through pentagon city- all bras were $19. I found an amazingly comfortable bra and decided to get it in every available color and also grabbed a few pair of underwear as well. Unfortunately not every color was available in store so I ordered two additional bras online for pickup.When I came to pick them up I noticed that another guest was checking out and being given an adorable pink tote with her purchase. I asked about how to get the free tote and thats when I found out about the awesome promotion: free gift with $100 purchase. (During the course of the sale I ended up spending a total of $189 including the bras I purchased online)I point out that I’d just spent $100, and was told “ohhhh… that’s too bad…? BUT you can spend ANOTHER $100 if you’d like! ?”And I was like “but including my current pickup I’m close to spending $200 already”“Oh well”, there’s nothing else we can do is what I was told.Me: “What if I bring back my other items and rebuy them?”Store Associate: “Yes, but your total will still have to be $100”Me: “okay”I was also told that the promotion would not continue past memorial day, but when I spoke with customer care, I was told the promotion would continue through the 4th of june.So I went all the way home that day to get my original purchase, unworn, tags still intact, with the receipt, and brought those items back to the store reprocess my transaction.I was again warned that I’d have to pay again for my items after receiving the refund. I assured them that I expected nothing less, and then was asked if I was a member of the loyalty program.When I replied no, I was told “well you can’t get the bag because it’s only for loyalty program members”. I shared with them that I wasn’t previously offered the opportunity to sign up for the rewards program, and they GENEROUSLY offered me the chance to sign up!! Thank you both so much, again for handling my transaction and giving me a chance to enjoy the same perks as your other clientele!I really love the tote (it’s gorgeous!), and the quality of the undergarments here.The style of bra I chose is made from a degradable lace that breaks down 10x faster than traditional lace. It is amazingly comfortable- so much so that I forget I’m wearing it.

I purchased several items in the store. The sales lady wrapped the items in tissue paper but not all made it into my bag. I have tried calling repeatedly to find out about my missing items but nobody in the store will answer the phone. It is very frustrating given how much I liked the purchases

When I first walked in neither of the 4 employees welcomed me.As I went from one side to another then towards the middle, I was greeted by Karina and she offered me some assistance and answered my questions.After I was about to walk out, I stopped to look at something and then Kenyell offered me assistance and I decided to to purchase some panties.I really appreciate the help I received today.

The first time I went in, everyone was very helpful and polite, except for one employee. Unfortunately I do not know her name, but she was the overall RUDEST person I have ever met. My bra also broke the second after purchasing it. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They spoiled the entire rest of my day and I will never be returning.

the products are cute, though cheaply made and uncomfortable, but what truly made my experience horrible was the staff. there were two very nice workers, who helped me find products, and then one lady who treated me and my friend horribly. she told us to never go back again, and i won’t be.

I paid for them 50 bucks for buying their product then the front desk staff/cashier served me bad service with her cold face and bad feeling. Also didn’t know the return policy of service. The assistant woman was fine. The cashier woman changed all atmosphere and treated her customer unwelcome way. I don’t know why I have to support their business and choose their product again. The tyson mall branch staffs have much better service, but I don’t want to purchase any product again. They spoiled my day. Don’t go their.

Had a great experience shopping here. The bras are super beautiful and I find them to fit me better than Victoria Secrets'. Roxanne (not sure if I spelled it right) was very friendly and helpful!

I ONLY wear INTIMISSIMI and this is my "go to" boutique... My husband found intimissimi in Europe several years ago and "I love it"! The lingerie & bras & undies are amazing and they are flattering! I will NOT wear anything else! And the customer service is top notch. The employees are so nice and helpful!! I'm so happy "INTIMISSIMI came to America!"
