“I highly recommend buying their overpriced screen protector, because anytime you crack it or need to replacement, they will fix it on the spot. This is my second time doing this, and I was in and out of there less than six minutes.
Normally, I just buy screen protectors on Amazon for a few bucks, but with this im set for as long as they honor the program.
Quick caveat though, whichever type you buy, regular or privacy is the one that they will replace.”

“Great service. I went to another Verizon location first, but they were not able to help, and referred me to try the Pentagon City location, since there are more experienced technicians there. At Pentagon City, when you arrive, you check in on the tablet at the door. I was number 6 in line, and waited about 20 minutes midday on a weekend, which is fair, given I didn’t have an appointment. The technician patiently listened to my issue (related to phone data not working), and almost immediately identified the solution (a faulty app causing problems), which he has seen many times. I was so happy that he was able to solve the problem, I just want to drop a good review here, job well done!”
“When my phone was stolen last week, we put in an online order for a new iPhone and the Verizon store was extremely helpful! Due to the fact that my ID was stolen as well, they walked us through adding my boyfriend as an authorized manager to our phone plan so that we could pick up the phone same day. I was quite relieved to have a replacement the same day and it only took about 10 minutes!”
