I recently visited International Auto Repair Shop for what should have been a simple and inexpensive repair—a small clip replacement on my Honda Odyssey. To my surprise, I was charged a whopping $252 for the service. Out of this amount, $50 was labeled as a service charge, but the part itself is worth only a few dollars online.
When I requested an itemized invoice or some proof of the work done, the mechanic refused to provide any documentation, leaving me feeling completely overcharged and taken advantage of. The lack of transparency and refusal to justify the excessive charge is unacceptable.
I would caution anyone considering this shop to be wary of hidden fees and unclear billing practices. It’s a shame, as I was hoping to find a reliable place for future repairs, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business's-

E & D saved the day when my car battery died. They quickly towed my car to their shop, replaced the battery, and had me back on the road in just an hour—all for a fair price. I'm incredibly grateful for their prompt service and would highly recommend them.

This place is horrible I %100 do not recommend don’t waste your time or money with these guys. They tell you the will pick up and will show up hours late or will give you a run around and try to reschedule you for the next the next day.Very unreliable don’t waste your time!

I used to visit this auto repair workshop because of their reasonable prices and excellent performance. Unfortunately, things have changed drastically. During my last visit, they tried to inflate the repair costs significantly and made me wait all day. Instead of changing their behavior and apologizing, they tried to trick everyone by claiming that customer comments were false and unreal. Seriously!

Came in late in the afternoon on the last day of the month for an inspection, and they fit me in, took care of my needs, and everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly! Will definitely be back!

always a pleasure coming to this shop. every staff member has been welcoming and always goes above and beyond to explain the scope of the work being performed. i get scheduled maintenance like my oil change done here as well as those out of no where car mishaps! the dogs are probably the best experience of the shop lol they are so nice and cuddly!
