My husband purchased AirPods as a gift before our flight to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I registered the warranty. During the trip I lost the airpods and case. I have the receipts and all other items. No where on the warranty brochure does it say it doesnt not cover loss. I asked the store employee to show me where it says its not covered and she couldnt. She called “a manager” who said they werent sure and to submit a claim through insurance. The young lady said they close at 6:30pm, but proceeded to close after I stepped right outside to submit the claim.It needs to state clearly loss is not covered. They need to update the store hours to reflect the actual hours.

Victor Fuentes, in the E Terminal at DCA went above and beyond to exchange a product after I left security. The extra customer service was greatly appreciated and I will continue to use this store for travel needs.

Hours are listed incorrectly in the description. Also, you DO have to go through security to get here unlike what the description says... Wasted an hour of my life walking from the other terminal to here for nothing...

The other day I had the pleasure of meeting two of the most helpful associates at this INMOTION location inside the Ronald Reagan International Airport. Jasmynn and Dorthee were so attentive to me while shopping for a new phone charger. They were informative and extremely nice and you just don’t receive that type of customer service these days. Truly outstanding professionalism and pleasant smiles while I asked a million questions! I’ll definitely be back for any technical support or accessories!Thanks Again Ladies!#ChargerGuy
