I had a great experience with Hurts Cleaners! I got my times mixed up and needed my dry cleaning back much sooner than expected. They were incredibly accommodating and expedited my order without any hassle. The clothes came back looking perfect. Highly recommend their services for anyone in need of reliable and quick dry cleaning!

Do not go here for dry cleaning. My blouses came back several times smelling like body odor - I kid you not. I complained and the kid working, supposedly “the manager”, could not smell what I was smelling and when he offered to dry clean them again he still charged me. I tried them again a few weeks later and the clothes came back again smelling worse like boy odor (not mine). I had several friends smell it, even with the dry cleaning “clean” tag still on and they couldn’t believe it. The women working are very friendly and alterations were fine - it is the dry cleaning and “customer service” that deserves the 0 stars. And I will not go back, despite how convenient it may be.

I needed a bridesmaid dress cleaned same day after something was spilled on it before the wedding. They were very friendly, professional, and the dress looks great. They were able to get my dress to me a little earlier than usual which was great! Thank you!

The work done here to alter clothing, clean and press are the worth every penny spent. If you want your work done with great quality and done in a quick manner this is the place to go. Very satisfied with the great customer service provided by the workers there.

I went for a last minute work trip and paid extra for same day dry cleaning. There is still a stain on my jacket and it all smells like how I took it. I truly believe they did nothing but press it and nothing else. I called before to make sure it was ready and they said it wasn’t initially but then I reminded them confirmed it would be ready and someone put me on hold. Then someone else came and told me it was ready. I think they did nothing honestly. Never going back.Service: Organic dry cleaning

I love this place and the family that runs it. You get what you pay for - their prices are not cheap but neither is their quality. They do a great job and have wonderful customer service. I dry clean the majority of my clothes, I’m here a few times a month and I’ve never had an issue.

Bad customer service - always trying to upsell their service. I used to go there but now my go to place is gallery cleaners in Clarendon - so much better customer service there. Save yourself a trip

Quality of service is good, but it's very expensive. They will charge you extra without making the cost clear. Some shirts costs more than others because they said they can't use a regular machine, even though I've had it done with other dry cleaners as a regular service. The problem is the communication where they don't tell you it'll cost more, and they'll just charge you extra when you pick up your clothes. There's many dry cleaners nearby with the same quality at a lower cost.

42.30 for 7 laundered shirts for same day. Apparently spot cleaning cost extra! $6 a shirt. Yikes.

Alterations only so far. Very happy with my alterations. It was a costume for my grand's dance recital. I will be taking my dry cleaning here from now on.
