FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. I made an appointment in advance and received confirmation on 3 different occasions that we were all set for our upcoming appt. Last minute a team lead reaches out to me to say all tax professionals are full and can’t assist me for my appointment. He proceeded to tell me that making an appointment online doesn’t make it a guarantee which isn’t stated anywhere and makes absolutely no sense, especially since I received not one but 3 confirmations that I was good to go. Someone made an error and instead of being transparent and making it right, they showed zero empathy, and just kept trying to schedule for another day to sweep it all under the rug. No respect for your time.
