Absolutely Unprofessional and Irresponsible
We recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Houwzer, which resulted in us losing our dream home due to their unprofessionalism and irresponsibility.
I strongly advise anyone considering Houwzer to think twice before entrusting them with such an important decision. Their lack of professionalism and responsibility can lead to significant heartache and frustration. We are left feeling abandoned and misled, questioning the integrity of the support we received.

My agent was awesome! This was my first time selling a home, and I was very nervous about the process. To make it more complicated, the property had been a rental and we were greatly delayed when the renters bailed prior to the inspection and left the house a disaster. She was very calming and reassuring throughout the entire process - and I was stressed and had a lot of questions. She was also extremely flexible with timelines and adjusting to the state the previous renters left the home in. Our bad luck continued with one buyers agent ghosting us after an offer, and another offer falling through after about three weeks under contract due to unrealistic demands by the buyer. She just kept rolling with the punches, knew exactly what to do and kept us on track (and me mostly sane during the process). In the end, she was right - we found the right buyer, at the price she had recommended ain the beginning, and from that point on things were smooth sailing. She was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process, and I would gladly work with Houwzer again or recommend her to any family or friends in need of a stellar agent!

We had a wonderful experience with Houwzer. We had some bumps along the way the buyers loan, but nothing out of the ordinary and our agent was calm and on top it the entire time. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know selling a home. The biggest point too is that we also saved SO much money! Seriously...the best.

one of the worst experiences ever - realtor was horribly uninformed - didn't know the basics of the home like when it had been painted last - tried selling us a home with a giant rock in the front that covered up a sewer pump - also made us sign the paperwork at least 10 times since people kept on making mistakes on the sellers end - wanted us to make a very high offer and said it was the only way we'd get the house - which wasn't the case -
worst part is, realtor stole the home inspection that we paid for and did not give permission to share and gave it to the seller - basically stole our money - so along with general incompetence - also thieves
only saving grace was the competence of the title company

I used them as a buying agent, and my agent, Marcie Cramsey, was extremely helpful in the both the process of purchasing the home and also the many details that came up along the way. It was a very positive experience that was very seamless and smooth.

Emily Maag was kind and patient throughout the whole process. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Emily took the time to make sure that we understood the process every step of the way. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and real estate in general, and referred us to other great partners along the way. She was really accessible, but I really appreciated her policy that when she is with a client, her time is all theirs. She did not answer other calls or messages while she was with us. Overall great experience and would definitely work with her again and refer her to anyone.
