This location is no longer in business. It is an abandoned Marriott but Hertz still allows reservations from it. Customer service was completely unhelpful in finding a replacement vehicle after leaving me stranded at an abandoned lot.

Hands down the worst customer service failing I have ever experienced in the travel industry. I reserved a car with Hertz online, a confirmation number was provided, and upon arrival at the branch at 3:00pm, no one was there. This particular office was listed as open until 5pm. After calling the phone number on the door, the attendant who answered said, "When I left at noon, there were no other reservations." I asked why the office closed at noon, when it was listed as open until 5:00pm. To which, he gave no reply. I was then told over the phone that they had, "No cars available". Simply that, "Sorry, no cars. The (one) other branch has no cars either. Sorry. Nothing I can do about it." After a few minutes on the phone, the attendant told me he would return to the office. At this point, there were two other customers also waiting to be served. When the attendant eventually arrived, I asked what other options there were and what Hertz could do to provide me with the car they had confirmed for me. To which he replied that there was nothing he could do, and that he didn't have time to call other branches. He then chastised me for not calling ahead to confirm the availability (of the car for which I had been given confirmation details). There was an astonishing lack of ration in the employee's response to the situation, and he seemed intent on conveying that it was my fault for not renting the car further in advance. I would have been offended had I had not been so shocked at the attendant's incoherent line of thinking. To conclude, this entire interchange was a case study in how not to treat customers. It was also an exemplar on how to ensure that someone never returns to a Hertz outlet, nor provides Hertz with any future personal or company business. To be clear, never again. Public service message: Steer far clear of this establishment. Any corporation permitting this kind of customer interaction, which - judging by the evidence in previous reviews - is in no shortage, can't seriously consider themselves an industry leader. This is my first yelp review and this Hertz is horrible. My reviews for the corporate numbers are just as bad. I had a reservation for the day before thanksgiving. Not only did they not have cats upon my arrival but the Manager cancelled by second reservation remotely without saying anything. After calling the 800# I was advised that they had cars, which was incorrect. Hours later and $50 in Lyft charges...got a car from Enterprise. I would not suggest that anyone try this location or any other Hertz, particularly if you truly wang to actually rent a car.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They did not have any cars. When I asked if they could help find me a location that does, they said it was my job to find a location that does. 4 locations and 3+ hours with customer service later, I found a location that did. Only it was smaller than my original reservation. I spent 5+ hours of my life trying to get the car that I reserved when it should have taken 30 minutes.

Worst Experience Ever, Horrible Location & employees. I booked a car july 4th weekend which was unavailable when i went to pick it up. Employees did not care or even try to find my another car at another location. They also stole my Gold points which i used to book the rental. I will never rent from Hertz again.

Staff failed to let me know about the company’s policy of filling the gas tank full before returning the car. As a result, I was charged $100 for a “fuel charge”. Apparently, the company charges $10 per gallon—ridiculous.

Wish I could give zero stars. I reserved a minivan for 9 am, went there for 9:10, wanted until 9:25, no one was there, called the number and was told they didn't have the vehicle. The gentleman said he tried to contact me in the morning but I did not have any missed calls or voice mail so I'm sure that is not true. He didn't know if a vehicle would be found, it was an absolute horrible experience. I would never rent from this location again. I just got off the phone from Hertz and they gave me a 20 dollar coupon. Overall it was the absolute worst experience I've ever had renting a vehicle, or lack of renting a vehicle. I had to have the minivan to move, had the loading dock reserved, and had to be out of the apt within the next 16 hours. I probably will never rent with Hertz again, or if I do never use a non airport location.

I booked a mid size suv and ended with one of the cheapest sidan . the lady said online Hertz and we are different. waoo . be careful when you select a car . my rental has no GPS no Bluetooth . having hard time navigate home .

Office closed for an hour and a half past scheduled opening; repeated misrepresentations from the employees several waiting customers called. Given the multiplicity of complaints about this location, it is difficult to understand why Hertz has not taken an remedial action to make this a more reliable and customer-centered office.
