I usually love the staff here. I ve been coming here for years to both offices. Today I receive a call for an upcoming appointment. The woman I spoke to (I wont state name here but will mention to a supervisor) was very rude. I was asking questions about a certain doctor n she goes theres only 2 tomorrow i said i know but im asking for a different day. She repeats the two doctors and i again said No, im asking for a different doctor for another date… she goes well im new and havent met all the doctors.. so what do you want?whats the name? I first tried describing how he looks then was trying to google for the doctor but i was so upset with her unprofessional attitude i go fine ill be there hung up. She didn’t even bother to help fix the problem by looking at my past appointments or say hold on let me go ask someone else like a normal person would do. I call back a different number hoping id speak to someone else but its obvious it was the same person but she changed her tone n i asked to reschedule appointment then i asked for her name it was the same person n she stated her name n hung up.11:25 4-10-23

No one shared any information about the fistulagram procedure, after my requesting information on the procedure. My husband is a IR specialist. Not covered by my insurance, Has even questioning why they even doing this procedure

I was sent to this office by my dialysis team, who recommended them very highly. I could immediately see why they were so enthusiastic about HealthQare Associates.I was put at ease right from the start by the courteous, highly professional and compassionate staff. The preparation for the procedure involved starting two IV lines, which in my case, due to very small veins, is easier said than done. I had people sticking me in both hands at the same time, but they were super nice about it. Somehow, everyone managed not to become aggravated. I was especially impressed by Dr. Raggio, who was patient, personable and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything that he was about to do and made sure that my decision to go ahead with the procedure was well-informed.I can't say I've ever had fun during a medical procedure, but it was quick and easy, and I actually enjoyed the experience.If only all medical teams were this good!Oh! and they give you a sandwich and something to drink while in recovery; a very thoughtful gesture when you've been instructed not to eat or drink anything after midnight the night before. A really nice touch!
