Monday $5 Pizza Night. Walk in this store, they make sure it takes so long you can’t have it. If you ask for it the pizza maker walks around the store and looks for ingredients for 10 minutes, takes another 25 minutes to prep it, then time to cook. Can you image if there is one person in line ahead of you ? BAD LOCATION UNDERSTAFFED

Went to grab lunch real quick and an employee working near the salad bar greeted me unexpectedly. It threw me off guard but I truly appreciate being recognized. My day has been hectic and that was refreshing. Went to self check out and an employee was about to check me out but a self check out opened up. I needed her help anyway, and she came back with her positive energy. She helped me and left to go back to what she was doing. Tracy's energy was so amazing that I had to get her name and then found out she was the customer service manager. Amazing! Customer service goes a long way for me so I might need to start doing my weekly shopping here. Thanks for having such pleasant employees.

Very unprofessional staff!! I simply asked for a cup for a salad dressing! And was told "WE DONT HAVE THAT" in a very rude and mean manner! after asking another employee he simply went back to the exact same place where I asked (the sandwich spot) and handed me two cups for the dressing. The guy being the counter that just said they didn't have any says "Oh that's where they are" smh RIGHT BESIDE HIM! It's not that serious but it seemed malicious for no apparent reason! Was kinda borderline racist if you would ask me

I have driven past this Harris Teeter location many times but always ended up going to the other store at Pentagon Row because I didn't know how to get into this one. After finally figuring it out, I visited this store for the first time and I really liked it. I came here close to closing time so I couldn't experience the food bar and the daytime crowds, but as a late night shopper, I was still able to find everything I needed and more. The store team was busy restocking everything for the next day, which gave me plenty of fresh produce options. Overall, it's a great Harris Teeter location and I will definitely be returning.

Not sure what the designers of this Harris Teeter were on, but it must be strong because I’ve never been in a more confusingly organized grocery store in my life.

Unbelievably kind and friendly workers. Very clean and very nice. Curbside pickup has been amazing. If you lose service, there’s a doorbell in the roundabout area you can press to alert you are there. My go-to grocery store hands down any day!

Every time I come here the customer service people have the worst attitudes!! Their hot bar is atrocious as well the only thing you can get is a sandwich and the employees don't even want to do them. It's better just to go elsewhere for lunch.

Newer Harris Teeter for the area. It's a touch smaller than most grocery stores but considering it's location, it provides a good amount of grocer items. No interactions with staff. The store was clean, self-checkout was not busy, but not too many lanes available (when they are open). Easy access and walking distance. Entrance is in the parking garage which was a little confusing at first but there may be another entrance I missed.

This location is a bit of a hike from my office in Crystal City, but I still like coming here. I especially enjoy the hot bar and salad bar that the have. They also seeve-up pizza during the lunch hours. I arrived somewhat early today for the hot bar because it wasn't yet open. So I went for a fresh kale salad with carrots, chicken breast strips, peas. Some tomatoes, and shredded cheese. I also went for a Kiola vanilla bean protein shake. These stores are especially impeccable in terms of cleanliness and organization. That's what make it a classy grocery store!

I have always considered this grocery store chain a step above the normal average grocery store, just because of the upscale ambience and organization of the store. The deli section, seafood counters and even the floral area are all laid out perfectly and completely modern. I've come here several times although it is somewhat of a walk from my office in Crystal City. For me it's definitely worth the exercise and extra effort to come here because I enjoy the salad bar and hot bar that the have. I arrived somewhat early today at around 10:30am and the hot bar had not yet opened, so I went ahead and prepared me a fresh kale salad with all of the important vegetables that I like. Marshall in the deli was extra helpful to me and he points out some of the prepared sandwiches that they have as well. added shredded cheese, grilled chicken strips, carrots, tomatoes and peas. For the dressing I got the buttermilk ranch. Now I need to get ready for the 20 minute walk back to work!
