a very special shout-out to Sana and the rest of today's staff: they finally drove in the nail that the rest of society has been trying to all this time. I am sorry that I had to ruin their day, but glad I got the confirmation I needed from all of them today that I am a waste of space and need to do everything I can to make sure to stay out of everyone else's way. I left my items so that I will be sure to take action on this without expending further community resources. thank you. it is very hard to ask for help, so it is nice to have finally had someone tell me I do not deserve that. I cannot believe all of my time had been wasted before with fake courtesy! Harris Teeter does Customer Service RIGHT, by letting strangers who do not work for their company interrupt concerns to tell us we don't deserve this time and space. By refusing to step in and allowing this customer to berate me, my eyes were opened to the ways I have taken up oxygen that others deserve more. This won't be a problem again, don't worry! You'll never see my rotten face again, and whatever it was that made everyone so eager to make me feel unseen and uncomfortable.

I had to stop by last night to pick up few stuffs. Very disappointed with the lady by the register she was doing her own thing instead of helping customers. I asked her if she's open she just looking at me and gave me bad look. She is very rude. A Very nice gentleman by next register he called me to help which i do really appreciate even he apolgized for the bad service. I guess she doesn't like her Job there are so many good working people looking for a job.

Cashier Kiashu A. wasn't very nice to us. My husband tries to tell her that we are deaf. She laughed and whisper to another cashier. Very RUDE. We are frequently customer and this is not acceptable!

Having lived in Arlington, Virginia, for nearly forty years, my wife and I have had many experiences, some good, some bad. We've seen forests turned into large shopping malls, small family businesses replaced by huge corporate office buildings, more and more people of all sorts--good and bad--come and go. Now in the autumn of our years, one sometimes feels less in touch with the community and people who live and work here. Today, however, we were reminded of the blessings amongst the bustle: A kind, personable employee of Harris Teeter named Sharon Walker truly went above and beyond in assisting my disabled wife shopping, organizing, bagging and lifting her grocery purchases onto her walker -- all with a heartwarming smile. Ms Walker's cheerful attitude, extra effort and assistance reflected highly upon the professionalism of herself, the employee team of Harris Teeter, and on the Harris Teeter grocery chain in general. Thank you!

Convenient location, but definitely not stocked to the capacity it needs to be for the amount of residents in the neighborhood. They can’t seem to keep meat on the shelves and now that they stopped carrying a couple brands I like, I’ll just go somewhere else. Good produce section though and friendly staff.
