Harris Teeter Pharmacy provides excellent and caring service. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful, able to discuss things without a crowded wait. They are efficient and attentive, often with no customers waiting, which speeds up the process. The staff is incredibly helpful in navigating complicated processes, such as refills for controlled substances that involve working closely with veterinarians. The location is not too crowded, making it a good alternative to busier drug stores. Customers can pick up prescriptions and other items like shampoo quickly. The pharmacy is closed for lunch from 1 to 2, but prescriptions can still be dropped off or picked up during that time.
My dog needs to take a very high dosage of a controlled substance daily. The pharmacist has been incredibly helpful in navigating the complicated process of refills that involves working closely with the vet to meet all regulatory requirements. I cannot say enough good things about him!

Got tired of waiting in line at CVS and switched. Very happy with that decision thus far. Knowledgeable pharmacists, can discuss things without a dozen people line behind you staring daggers into your back
