They refused to sell me an item I found in the store. Asked to speak with a manager to better understand why and the cashier refused. Won’t be donating or shopping at this location again :(

Yesterday a woman who works there locked me in the dressing room. I couldn’t get out I had to crawl under the door. I went to pay and she was near by and just kept glaring at me.

I went to the store today, they asked me to round up, I said no thank you. They round me up anyways and when I mentioned it they were so rude like if it was my mistake.I can understand the accidental round up but I don't understand their attitude.

This goodwill is great. Super clean, staff was very friendly. Incredible customer service. Good selection, expensive prices.

Ridiculously overpriced, $25+ for t-shirts, might as well buy new from a retailer.

I love going thrifting but this place is normally low quality and over priced. If you are looking for some nice finds look at store out in Huntington. However, if you just need an item for a quick DIY project, this place should suit your needs and be cheaper than Michaels etc

This has to be a joke. The prices here are outrageous!!!! This store is charging as if it’s new or greater than it would cost as a new item. You are suppose to be helping your community. Remember these items where donated for those in need. Store manager needs a reality check! Please drive the extra mile and visit the other goodwill. That place is amazing!

Good store, decent selection, no fitting rooms which made pants shopping more difficult. Plenty of parking.

Nice people working, clean space but a bit small. There are two floors but it's still a small goodwill. Ok selection. The prices were outrageous though, but I think that's more a company wide issue

So many I mês available. This will be a part of my regular shopping schedule because the inventory moves fast. It is a great cause to boot!

One of my favorite goodwills but they changed there store and no longer sort by size. I now have to spend 3 times the amount of time as I sort through EVERY item. It doesn’t make sense from a customer or worker standpoint. Every single item is getting touched but shoppers creating more mess and germs on items. stuff I wouldn’t have needed to touch I had to sift through. It’s also not very disability friendly having to spending 3 times the amount of time. There’s no need for the color coding, just size coding please. I come weekly and only buy the sale items and can normally get in and out quickly. What used to be a pretty clean store now is disorganized and messy. Hope to see them change it back.Staff is still very friendly, this has nothing to do with them. I am assuming it’s coming from higher ups.

I have been to ALOT of Goodwills and while this one is by no means the worst it is certainly close. This is largely due to the abnormally large ‘botique’ section of the up-charged items that are almost all barely worth $5-$10 if not worthless (refer to attached picture of $15 used boxers)In terms of cleanliness & organization:4.5/5Variety of quality hard goods: 4/5Quantity & quality of Womens clothing: 4/5Men’s clothing: 2.5/5

Very attentive staff, organized and well stocked. Prices are fair considering the stuff is donated for free and the organization makes tons of money of off profits because it is a for profit organization.
